Bad lettuce. I spent most of my time picking out bad lettuce once I got done I barley had any lettuce left. Chicken was undercooked I had to pick out half of that as well. I’ll still to going to my regular locations I usually go to this one is not it.

I came there the other day with my mom and 2 of my friends while visiting St. Louis, where I was originally from and I love all the healthy and organic options. I had the poke bowl from there and it was delicious. The ahi tuna was my favorite part and I hated when it was gone. My mom used to take me and my siblings there when we were kids and I remember my mom feeding me the curried rice bowl. It was so good. I’ve always loved curry even as a little kid.

This was my first time in many years coming back to crazy bowls & wraps. I ordered teriyaki with the noodles and chicken my order came to $13.85. The young lady in drive-thru gave me the wrong order and the lid was not properly on my food. It spilled in the bag . She didn’t give me my change back. I had to go back to the store to get it! The food taste bland, nasty, cold and it was cold! I will not come back. The steak was dry and it’s too many big vegetables mix in bowl. So disappointed had high hopes for crazy bows and waps!

What happened to walking into a place of business and being welcomed??? Went in to the new location to order and 5 employees looked and didn’t say a word. I realized they don’t even take my order, its a kiosk. Ok, no problem. Place my order (kids chicken and rice). And proceeded to wait 20 min while they made all the backed up orders before my kid chicken. Really? Foods still good just sad.

Very friendly, clean bathroom. You can tell the employees are giving their all and remaining to be positive and hospitable near the end of their shift. Give them a raise!! The food looks well presented even near the business close time. Thank you so much for allowing me to sit down. The environment isn’t too noisy.
