Food was good but much smaller portions than other crab type restaurants, only 1 of each: corn, egg, potatoes and menu is much smaller with fewer choices and no specials. Very expensive. Service was extremely slow, there was only 3 tables being served in the entire restaurant at prime supper time 5:30 pm. We waited almost 15 minutes just to be seated. Bathrooms were clean but in desperate need of repairs and repainting. I wouldn’t suggest you not go if in a hurry, because everything took way to long. No forks, spoons, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper or other basic condiments provided. Didn’t even have what we asked for, very strange. I can tell there trying to cut cost by cutting corners but come on folks, at least have the basics.

First, it took forever to get seated when the entire restaurant was empty. Then, when ordering food, the wait staff didn’t even know their own products. I ordered the fried shrimp basket. The food was actually really good, hot, n the shrimp were big and fresh. The fries were seasoned n delicious. Everyone else ordered a seafood boil bag. They said it was good. I would go back there again. I recommend it

Very good customer service, fast service, food was great and tastes amazing with nice seating area and convenient parking, ordered lobster tail and shrimp tilapia fish and shrimp and the taste exceeds expectations, I’m giving 4 stars only because the price of the lobster tail and pound shrimp is a little bit pricey but overall we enjoyed the food And will go back there for sure.

If you enjoy seafood boil, you will like Crazy Crab. The food is really good and the flavor of everything is on par with what you would expect out of an authentic seafood restaurant. You will want to start dipping any other sides you have in the liquid from the bag once you finish your meal. The service is pretty slow, but I wouldn’t say it was bad. Really good overall for any seafood lover.

The flavors were absolutely delicious I ordered the garlic butter with no spice. The portion, on point. I’ve waited so long to enjoy a seafood boil. I will definitely be back. The perfect time to go would be between 12 and 2p.

Crazy Crab always have received 5 stars all across the board for the food and experience for the past 3 years. Albeit today changed that as my daughter and I had picked up our to go order, that I had paid for and decided to sit down to the side to enjoy our meal before getting back on the road. Jin(Male), was very discourteous and postured angrily and began loudly saying that I have to pay 18% gratuity just for us to sit and enjoy our food. I said, “we’re not asking for any request of service”. “Well I can add it to your bill still” he stated. I said “I have the paid receipt already” & I asked for the manager Jin, then rolled his eyes shaking his head and said “she’s not here”. I asked him what was the name of the manger he replied Lilly. Conclusion; I have been a patron for 3+ years now and have sat on the side after picking up my order and today was the first time I’ve had a problem

This was my first visit to Crazy Crab from the outside it looks like a small place but when you open the door to the inside I thought I was walking in to Joe’s Crab shack or Red lobster it was huge nice dining area really big but right now carry out only must wear a mask 15-20 minutes wait for your order no lines just people coming in and out getting there orders very good experience today
