I’m sorry this was one of the worst burritos I have ever eaten. I got the Tinga De Pollo burritos. It was bland no flavor the chicken was cold. The service was good but overall the food was bad!

First visit today. It’s only several yards from my Airbnb in Cozumel. Talk about no way I’m not going to be in here every day. I ordered the large steak burrito loaded with hot sauces in the side. The dough was the freshest and thinnest dough I’ve ever seen on a burrito and the steak was equally tender and delicious with fresh tasty vegetable fillings. Easily the best burrito I’ve had anywhere. I have to mention that I was greeted as soon as I entered the shop by a friendly, knowledgeable employee who took my order. My burrito was handed to me in less than 10 minutes by an equally friendly cook behind the counter. I’ve been in Cozumel 4 days and this is the best restaurant experience I’ve had that checks all the boxes. The burrito was $8.00 USD and big enough for two. No I didn’t share it.

If you’re going to spend $10 at one of the build your own chain restaurants then give this place a try. The guys at work go here at least once a week for the value vs quantity and it’s above average quality. The Chipotle sauce is delicious with a little hint of heat and on top of the food the have real deal Mexican Cokes made with real sugar vs corn syrup. Support local with the owner on site, you won’t regret it.

Got the Cali king burrito and horchata. The rice on the menu was crossed out so no surprise when I didn’t get any, but I was disappointed when there was no avocado, either. That was the ingredient that sold me on the burrito. I think you get a lot more for your money in other places. The staff was disorganized due to a large order and our wait for 2 burritos was way too long. I cannot recommend this place.

Wanted to try something new and let me tell you I’m impressed. Fantastic customer service, very personable. The store was super clean. But let me tell you, that was the best burrito I’ve ever eaten.

Usually you to go to a restaurant just for the food. Sometimes you go to enjoy the atmosphere of the people around you. Here, it’s both! My first impression of this restaurant is simply put: Friendly, Tasty & Fresh, Affordable, Sustainable.

This is not one of the “build your own” burrito chains. This is better. Menu full of great combos and I suggest the Crazy King. It’s a gigantic surf and turf. Beef and shrimp. The beef had the same flavor profile as my favorite Mexican street tacos. I couldn’t finish it. Beans. Rice. Fresh veggies. All that on top of carne asada and so many shrimp they were falling out.

LarderRoom…If the restaurant is called Crazy King Burrito, and they recommend the Crazy King Burrito, then you have to try the Crazy King Burrito! Not disappointed! This Crazy Burrito was full of steak & shrimp, beans, rice, cheese, onions, lettuce, sour cream, butter, garlic & house sauce. Bonus. They have hibiscus tea & horchata. Check em out!

First time there today at lunch. Got there a little before 12:00 and placed my order. Shocked that my drink options were a bottle of water for $3 or a bottle of Mexican soda for $3. Ordered the Tinga (chicken) burrito in the Super size. Food was ready almost 25 minutes later. They were busy, but not that busy. Got about 7 or 8 tortilla chips. Wow. Burrito was huge. As to the taste, it was okay. Better than fast food Mexican chains, but not as good as other fast casual Mexican places. I really think they need to up their game on getting the food out faster, add in more chips, and offer cheaper beverage options. I understand this is a chain (never heard of it before), but I have to wonder if the other locations are like this? Just not impressed.
