Same thoughts as other reviews, this place is oddly delicious, and tastes like comfort food. We tried the Cajun phở, and catfish étouffée. Definitely recommend you try it at least once to make your own opinion of what Cajun Vietnamese food tastes like.

This was quite the odd experience. First off, the cajun phö was really good. I enjoy spicy food and this had an good kick. Very filling and I will probably get it again. The chicken teriyaki was not as great. Blan dish that had little sauce. We asked for a second bowl and never got it. For the phö being spicy, I was never given a refill. No music, so the atmosphere was a boring as possible. Really enjoyed my soup though.

Tried this place for the first time. Wish I stayed in town cuz I would circle back and try more of their food. I think that’s such a good combo Cajun/Vietnamese food! Ordered kids nuggets and fries, Cajun fried rice, steak bahn mi.

Alight guys. I am somewhat of a pho connoisseur lol. I am very passionate about the quality of my broth and meat. I also pay attention to the consistency on whether it is good broth one day to the next. There are many variables that distinguish good and bad pho. Let me tell you this place has AMAZING pho. I was very skeptical for about a year and a half and final took the chance of eating here and I am so sad I didn’t do it sooner. Cajun style pho was so odd to me, so I never cared to give it a chance. I LOVE the pho and LOVE the pork spring rolls. Give everything a try cause it’s all amazing. Eating the fried rice now and just had to stop and give it an awesome review. Come and try it I promise you won’t regret it!

All the food is great. Once you try their Cajun pho you will never want to go anywhere else. I get 0 stars on the spice level because the andoullie sausage is already kind of spicy.

Pho Ga, and shrimp spring rolls were good. Bun Cajun could use a bit more seasoning. They take your order at your table but you have to pay at the counter.

One of the best hole-in-the-wall places I have ever been to. Hubby had the sampler appetizer with beef sandwich and I had snow crab legs. Delicious.

When I first moved into the neighborhood, I used to go to this restaurant and have been eating there every week. Sometimes my wife and I stopped by twice a week. I even bring my brother and coworkers to eat there.

Went here yesterday for my Birthday With My Husband, I wanted seafood broil, so I ordered shrimp. My husband ordered fried rice. The shrimp wasn’t deveined , I didn’t want to go through the process of deveining each shrimp, so I sent it back. And ordered fried rice like my husband, it was really good! Some of the best fried rice we’ve had in a long time, the only reason why it’s not 5 stars is because 1. The shrimp, 2. The wait for the food, Some gentlemen came after we got there and he immediately took their order and got their food out right away, and it was 4 of them and 2 of us and we had our order in waay before them. I couldn’t help but think if it was because they were the same race? Idk. But that bothered me. Other than that we would get the food again, but we would get it to-Go.

I’ve never had a dish with flavor quite like this before. It was delicious, fresh, and fast. Definitely recommend!
