I ordered 1 hot fudge sundae. There was only one family of 3 ahead of me. I don’t know how long they had been waiting but it was 15 more after I gave my order and it was only a sundae, cone, and drink. I waited another 15 minutes after they got theirs. I watched 2 workers come over and fill drink cups and proceed to drink them. Finally I saw another guy come and fix my sundae. I saw at least 4 workers in there! Why does it take so long to fix one sundae!!! I will never go back. Worst service ever!

I am never going to this place again. I got there at 7:20 pm and I order 2 things a cheesecake flurry and a double cheese burger. I waited for 40+ minutes. I had my dad girlfriend ask for the manager and she said that it was are fault and their was nothing she could do. Sarah the manager if I was boss I would fire. She was rude and was uncooperative. This was the worst dining experience I ever had. Also they almost keep my card.

Hometown favorite! Love taking the family to this old stomping grounds weekend choice. It’s near to see how they’ve expanded the building, menu and choices! Love that they allow totally customizations and the price is totally reasonable. Keep it up for years and generations to come!

It has changed and I’m not sure I like the new. Service used to be faster but less organized. The store itself os better and cleaner they even fixed the parking area. As with everything else the prices have gone up.

Ordered 5 things only got 4 out of 5 and had to spend 22 bucks for nothing when I get home and there’s a bug in my curlly fry basket . I really liked this place the first time even though it was pricey but now I for sure won’t be going back there.

The place was still 2 hours from closed and didn’t have any thawed buns. It took them almost an hour to make a cheeseburger and a drink. Then they came up with it wasn’t their fault that they made tickets as they come yet we watched 5 other people that ordered after us get their food. We weren’t the only ones that this happened to there was another girl that wait just as long for her cheeseburger and she was right behind us in line.
