Welcome to The Creek Bottom! At Creek Bottom Burgers &BBQ, we believe in good quality food. We started our journey as a food truck in August of 2016, in hopes of providing the best grilled onion smash burger on wheels. We expanded our operation into a brick and mortar in February of 2020. What we didn’t know, was the world was definitely about to test us. We invite you to come eat with us!

I don’t normally write reviews of food — especially when I’m just traveling through a state. However, Creek Bottom is well worth the time it takes to praise them for how amazing their food and service was! I ordered a cheeseburger and added brisket on top. Seriously, one of the best burgers I’ve had (and I’ve lived in 4 different states and have drive through the country multiple times… in other words, I’ve eaten at a lot of burger joints).

The food is amazing! It has a great smoke flavor! The burgers some of the others got are fresh patties and look delicious n they said they are excellent! The fries are fresh cut! Fried okra was even fresh okra hand battered! The service was also excellent! It’s a must for anyone who hasn’t been! We definitely will make the drive again.

it is a small diner that is not open on weekends, but the food was good. The fries are cooked fresh & hot after your burger is almost ready. A good place but not a great place.

Tried this place for the first time tonight and was impressed with everything about it. The restaurant is clean and well laid out, the staff was friendly, and the food was great. My wife had the potato with chopped brisket and I had the cheeseburger with tater tots…all excellent, will be back!

Unbelievable burger! I love a great burger and if you’ve seen my other reviews, you know there are several great burger places out there. BUT…. this FAT BOTTOM burger from Creek Bottom Burgers & BBQ tops them all. When I walked in, the great smell of BBQ hit me immediately. Then, when the cook put the burger in front of me, I was in awe. It tasted even better than it looked. Wow! Thus thing has it all. If you’re around the Newcastle area during lunch or dinner, check this place out!
