We ordered 2 subs, large pep pizza and their “must try” cinnamon flat bread dessert. Everything was ok EXCEPT the dessert. It was a flat, circle of tasteless cardboard textured dough that had been brushed with very little cinnamon and butter, then sent through an oven to burn. You don’t get icing on the side either. We all tried a piece, then spit it out because of the awful burn taste. Needless to say, we wasted $10.00 on burned, sugared cardboard. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DESSERT. GO TO MASSEY’S, BEST CINNAMON DESSERT PIE (APPLE’S MY FAVORITE) IN REYNOLDSBURG!!!

I’m DEFINITELY coming back if I’m remotely close. I carried out my Italian Sub, dressing on the side. The sub was fantastic and that Dressing is AMAZING. Best I can describe it is the best Italian dressing you’ve ever had, homemade, very tart in a good way, with an extra zippie zing to it. Really was outstanding. I wasn’t able to finish all of it that night. So the next day after wrapping it in foil I put it on the turbo warming to warm back up. I sure did wish I had more of it to eat than the third of it I had left. Highly recommend. I’m definitely getting the sub & a pizza next time!!

Not that great this time around. Ordered two large and a small pizza. When ordering I asked if they could bake the pizza so the crust is crispier than normal. The kid (yes they were all young teenagers) said we can make it well done and when I asked what that was like he said he didn’t really know. I said I didn’t want it burnt, he said it’s not burnt. I opted to order the normal way and wished I hadn’t. The crust literally falls completely limp no firmness what so ever and is absolutely the worst soggiest crust I’ve ever had on a pizza. Maybe cut the slices differently if they’re unable to bake the crust crispier.

I enjoy Creno’s pizza. But my issue, which is minor, is for the 4th consecutive time, I ordered online for delivery and check the PIE CUT! option. The pizza never arrives pie cut, but always in little squares. Why is the pie cut option even on the online ordering if no one actually reads it?

I used to get really good pizzas from here. They charge $4.99 to deliver and I always tip 3 to $5. I mostly do it for the convenience and because it’s been a busy day and I’m too tired to cook. My cardboard pizzas taste much better. I can’t believe I had to pay $35 for a small pep and cheese pizza, a 2 liter of Dr. Pepper and a 10-piece chicken. I need to go to the grocery store and get my cardboard pizzas cuz it’s just way too much money. I ordered extra cheese and there was barely any cheese on it.

I ordered from here 2 times in the past month the first time my order was delivered to me cold then they replaced it and brought to me which was great. This time we waited the delivery guy was super nice. We opened our pizza and it was cold. I know the difference between a fresh hot pizza and one that is cold I called and the management refused to credit me in anyway! refused to write my name down for next time and basically said he wasn’t helping and said we were lying even though we made sure to tell him that it was only the pizza that cold but everything else came out just fine and was nice and hot. I refuse to ever come back here again. I want this resolved I spent 30 dollars on my food now to have to go get food somewhere else.

We love the Creno’s Pizzas in Zanesville and the one in Reynoldsburg is just as great! The staff are always kind and helpful and the food is always fresh and hot (even if I get there a little late for pick-up). They always make a mouthwatering BLT pizza and we’ll keep coming back for it whenever we get the craving.
