Ok so I asked nicely for extra crackers mostly because I’m pregnant and only ordered from crenos because of the crackers! Only got 2…. I’m very upset because it’s the only thing I can eat so thanks for nothing! If I knew where to find these Lance crackers I’d get them myself. I even offered to pay extra for them!! Thanks for nothing! Not to mention the pizza we got from here 2 days ago was burnt and had hardly any cheese. The cucumber in my salad tasted chemically as well idk what’s going on here but it used to be a lot better.

Why Not
The worst pizza we have ever eaten. My mother is still sick. The crust is oddly soft and mushy but not quite wet or soggy and has a very odd tasting sauce that has an aftertaste that really lingers. Also despite repeating we wanted a pepperoni and mushroom pizza multiple times and having that confirmed we only received a mushroom pizza. The only good thing I can say is the lady who took the order was very friendly and the food was delivered quickly. Will not order again.

Pizza is under done 4 times in a row. The first two times I order no issues. The 3rd time they give me 2 salads wings and no pizza… I call back and the owner tells me the pizza isnt there and ask me where it was.. I’m calling to tell you, you didn’t give it to me. Then says she will put a credit for it On my account and never does. Then 4 times in a row I order and my pizza is under done. I also witnessed the owner yelling at a customer upon pick up once as well. Ownership and personal accountability is lacking. No issue with staff as owner/ management shouldn’t let underdone pizzas leave multiple times. Sadly I live across the street so super close to me to get but I no longer will be shopping here worst service and pizza I’ve ever had. Sadly I do enjoy other locations But this one is a no go stay away
