I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was exceptionally polite, and the staff went out of their way to ensure our meal was enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices, especially considering the high quality of the food. Every dish we ordered was delicious and made with evident care. Overall, a wonderful dining experience that I would highly recommend.

I was surprised to see some unfavorable reviews for this spot because I had the BEST meal. We were visiting from out of town and wanted something walkable from our hotel, quick, nutritious and easy. When our plates came out with the chicken kabob and filet kabob, we were PUMPED. The portions were generous, the food was hot and so favorable (kale side salad was BOMB) and we pretty much cleaned our plate. I wish we had one of these spots in Texas!

I ordered take out over 4 days ago and they gave me old meat. The meat was brown on the inside… the middle and around to be exact. The picture is of the meat is AFTER I had cut it and it is not grilled/cooked brown, but the brown that occurs when the meat has been exposed to oxygen. Picture included. Meat only turns brown when it’s been left out and then put back in the fridge or old and defrosted wrongly. I couldn’t even eat it after cutting up that one piece into multiple smaller pieces. I emailed them that same night requesting a refund and I have yet to hear back from them. I was so disgusted by this. I can’t believe they plated this meat.

Was looking for a quick bite at 6pm, place was deserted but looked cute and had all-day breakfast (win-win). Ordered to-go and then waited. And waited. And waited. After nearly 25 minutes of waiting for a single breakfast burrito I canceled the order.

I was excited to eat here because it looked cute, had great reviews and had a fun menu. I got to Crimson at noon on a Thursday and there was a lot of street meter parking. It was fairly slow inside with two cashiers awkwardly standing there and they were just looking at me with no greeting just expecting me to know which one of them to walk up and order. I ordered a Filet Mignon lavash wrap with a side of tzatziki and a strawberry lemonade. They asked if I wanted it to go, I said yes and then sat down near the register to wait. After about 5 minutes they brought out my lemonade and it tasted like the powder concentrate but heavily watered down which I paid $3 for. I was bummed about that because it tasted like lemon water but got over it. I waited a total of 30 minutes after making eye contact with the guys who took my order several times. I finally went up to ask about the status and apparently it was waiting there the entire time. I asked “uh were you ever going to let me know my food was ready” and the guy said “we’re busy today.” No apology or anything. So I smiled and walked out with my cold food. By the time I got home 10 minutes later, the wrap was soggy and falling apart so I had to use a fork to eat it. It was mostly lettuce with a few small pieces of meat. I don’t understand why this place has such good reviews. Maybe ordering to go was a mistake and maybe a kabob would have been a better option if I had known my food was going to sit there for an undisclosed amount of time.

I was excited to eat in this place because it has a good rate in google and the photos look so good. I went w my family. I paid like 113$ for chicken shawarma, falafel, Dolma, Hummus and kids meal. Unfortunately, non of us was able to finish half of them plate. The food wasn’t good at all. I’m surprise from them rate. Thank you.
