In town for work and stopped at my favorite local place. I ordered the Beer cheese pretzels for an app and as always, perfection. Still the best I’ve had. My burger tonight was a but off. I’ll chalk it up to being a late diner. Something was just a bit off in the taste. Service was excellent, and the owner made things right on my burger. I will be back next time I pass through. Definitely a place to eat.

This place did not disappoint! Food cooked to perfection. The lemon pistachio ricotta cheesecake was divine. I will be going again.

Nice atmosphere and staff. Menu has items kids can enjoy, if they are not adventurous. The salmon carbonara must have been made with second day salmon, tasted fishy. Sauces across several dishes are similar. I would like to see more distinct flavors from dish to dish. For the price I was disappointed. I do not recommend the salmon dishes.

Very neat and clean restaurant. I really like the style of the decor. The menu offers many different options without being too overwhelming like other restaurants. The food was very flavorful with fresh ingredients. I decided to try the house margarita and I wasn’t disappointed. It was mixed beautifully and I could taste the freshly squeezed lemon and lime juice. The waitress, Rachel, was very busy as there was a lunch rush but she was still very attentive. It’s obvious that the owner(s) have put a lot of effort into this restaurant. All around a very pleasant place to dine.

Gonna have to give them another try. I’ve heard great things but that was not our experience. The appetizer of zucchini and shrimp fritter was the highlight and very good. Light and fluffy with tasty remoulade. The filet was so tough it had to be sawed with the steak knife and very disappointing. More than half was left unfinished. Others at the table said their filets were fine. The Lobster ravioli was very dry and not much taste. The sauce was hardly there and didn’t do anything to make the ravioli less dry. I thought I’d eat the lobster out of the middle of the ravioli, but it didn’t have much taste either. It was not finished either. The service was slow to bring the drinks all evening and maybe other rooms were more filled than where we were seated, but it wasn’t quick by any definition. The company we had was excellent and the atmosphere while very loud was nice too. We are hoping it was just an off night.

This place is fantastic. Hands down the best version of chicken and waffles I have ever had. Friendly service, delicious food, outdoor seating. This restaurant will be one of my frequent regulars.

Adorable place. Decent vegetarian options. The grit cakes were AMAZING! We had a party of 12, and it took them a bit to wrap their heads around that, but I bet if you are a smaller party the service will be good.

We were seated promptly. However, it took 10~15 minutes for anyone to wait on us. This might be acceptable if they were busy, but they weren’t.

Love the mom and pop places in smaller town. Love that they use old buildings and leave the character of the structure.
