I’m from Chicago. I thought I was walking into some place special. The Food is trash. I asked for ranch to go with my chicken .. Chick told me it was 50 cent. She said I didn’t have enough wings to get ranch w/ my meal. They were out of stock on tons of food items. It was hot inside. Then she wanted me to re-swipe my credit card for 50 cents worth of ranch.

Definitely do not recommend eating here, walked in and the atmosphere/customer service was not it. As I was ordering my food, a roach crawled out from near the counter. The pop was flat and the food was pricey. Not my cup of tea, but we can’t all be satisfied!

I was so hungry I forgot to take a pic. It was slow when I went in so my food came out at a reasonable time. The cashier was fairly friendly. I ordered the 8 PC lemon pepper combo for myself and 2 PC catfish combo for my bf…our food was seasoned and fried to perfection. The fries not so much but they were aight. I see a lot of different reviews so I’m guessing it depends on the staff the day you go in but I will definitely try them again.

I have been a customer since the day they opened and have brung many friends and family members to their restaurant. I went to return two orders of boneless wings that was overly cooked and very very hard. This was my very first time returning a order not cooked right. The owner and cashier went back and forth with me saying that the time since I had bought them was shy they were hard. I told them it hadn’t been but an hr and I wouldn’t bring food back just to bring it being I had been a customer since day one of their opening. The owner said things were expensive so he could only give me what my children hadn’t eaten which out of two orders of 20 boneless wings equals 10! It was more than ten wings actually. The Coca Cola drink tasted disgusting and the day before the Coca Cola tasted the exact same….disgusting!!!!! I will NOT be giving my money to this restaurant owner ever again!!! How could you argue with a customer that has been your day opening customer who have brung you much service from others!!!!!!

Where to even begin. I tried calling 6 times and no one would pick up, and when I got there, there was only 2 customers waiting on their order, so I called while waiting for the cashier to take my order and nothing. When the cashier finally got to me, she was so rude and unprofessional. I ordered chicken tenders and they didn’t have it, so when I asked for a chicken tender, instead of saying that the sandwich is made with chicken tenders, she also had to give me attitude. I’m not sure what’s her position/role is in the restaurant, but she needs to be fired.

The wings are ok- sub par at best. Fried too hard like tiny pieces of wood. The cashier had a nasty attitude. Very disrespectful. No people skills. No social skills at all. Never address a customer by saying “what do you want” Instead try “how can i help you” A resturant can only get away with these type shenanigans if the wings are extremely good and that’s just not the case with this resturant…the lil Hispanic cashier is gonna be the reason that resturant shuts down because the food really isn’t that fantastic on top of a rude disrespectful socially inept cashier. People will just go elsewhere. Too many wing spots to be dealing that type of garbage. Customer service matters. Replace her. I most definitely will not return.

All I can say is if you want some good good wings this is definitely the Wing Place you want to come to.The wings are the bomb and they are fried to perfection and never wet on the inside like other wing places I’ve tried. My kids and I come here quite often and it’s always worth the drive and money.The service is always great…the staff is always nice and quick with making orders and I think the cooks got Jesus sauce back there lol. I give them 15 stars.
