I was at the Wayzata, Minnesota location…. Had to wait in line for at least 20 to 25 minutes. Severely understaffed and no management around and the staff said he had just recently left. Young kids trying to do the best they can. I blame the management not these kids.

I love Crisp and Green. So easy to eat gluten free and all the produce is always so fresh and delicious. Not to mention, they have the best acai bowls in my opinion. I have been a long time customer and I just needed to fill out a customer service form for the first time. They were speedy and helpful from start to finish. Crisp and Green does it all the best!

Purchased a Thai & Stop me for pickup on Feb 1st. When I got home my salad was missing the Shrimp, Oranges and Peanuts…SERIOUSLY?!?! Called the store and they said they would refund my money. I have now contacted them twice because no refund ever came, they added some loyalty points into my account! But it didn’t even cover the cost of the salad. It is Feb 22nd and STILL NO REFUND! I am very disappointed!! The correspondence with them just kept assuring me that I wasn’t charged….I explained that it was on my CC Bill and they said they would take care of it…..STILL WAITING!!!!

Highly recommend, the fresh bowls here are yumm and interesting. Though I must say the bowls offered have different ingredients and some are spicy, might wanna try diferrent kinds until you get a favorite. I come here when I crave a zesty healthy lunch!

The one drawback to ordering on the app has now been resolved with their update. Previously, I was charged when I did a substitution on my salad. Now, as long as the two ingredients are the same price, there is not an additional charge.
