On the first bite, the Thai tofu salad I ordered tasted like it was made with produce on its way out to the compost bin. I could not eat the salad for several reasons. The dressing tasted musty and bitter. The salad greens, carrots, and cilantro were wilted and dry. There was barely a scoop worth of tofu in my salad. For 13 bucks, I’d think I’d get more for my money. I’m disappointed because I wasted my lunch break trying this particular Crisp Greens location while the Crisp Greens on 6th Avenue never disappoints.
