Beware of the bait and switch tramp. They offer a discount if paying cash, when in fact, they charge regular prices, same as what is on display at the counter. Now, when you pay with a credit card, they charge you extra. I truly think that the lady at the register didn’t know what she was doing.

I love their seasoning. Chicken breast is always super golden outside and moist inside. My husband says their fried yuca could be much better and wonders how they don’t notice that. Staff is ok, not outstanding, but at least not rude. I do carry out often and notice that the front of the house is always clean. Their loyalty/points program is amazing. I get freebies every now and then.

My family has been coming here since I was little and it’s sooo delicious. We always get the chicken, and for sides we get the chaufa rice, primavera rice, and fried plantains. Sometimes the plantains are hard (almost as is unripe) but most of the time they’re soft and sweet. I also love their sauce!

Here from Chicago and looking for something different and this place didn’t disappoint!!! Only thing I wish they had more pictures of the menu. I ordered the chicken platter and then saw the grill combination on a Tv screen with rotating images and wish I chose that to try Instead lol. Good food and will be back before I leave.

The first I always notice at this Crisp and Juicy is the cleaniest, quick service, and quiet atmosphere. The food is awesome as well, whether it’s the half chicken or whole chicken meals. Also, ask for the warmed mashed sweet potatoes. In my opinion, Crisp and Juicy has the best rotisserie chicken in the area.

No sign saying lobby closes at 8pm but they close at 9pm ñ, waited in line and they told us we couldn’t eat in the lobby cause they were cleaning. I guess customer service and business isn’t their strong suit.

I love Crisp & Juicy SO much that I will happily drive from WV for the best charbroiled chicken ever made. Their “yuca sauce” (yellow/mild) is seriously drinkable. Top it all off with reasonable family pricing for a dinner that is guaranteed to be loved by all. Hands down love this place
