Okay the sweet potato fries are AMAZING. Like so so good. We got the Aloha and the Gruyere sandwiches. The actual chicken on them was so fresh and super yummy — they didn’t skimp! Both sandwiches tasted both a tad dry even with the included sauce, so glad we got some extra. Wish there were more sauce options but the chimichurri was a good choice.

They have really tasty roasted chicken here. It is probably the best roasted chicken I ever had. They have great selection of sides. The plantain one was superb. I like their sauce too. They have friendly staff and great ambiance. I highly recommend this place.

this place deserves a 5 thumbs down, they charged me more than what i thought, the girl with glases did not explaine why when i asked, but i was hungry so i decided to try their food. Unfortunately a very bad experience, she has no people’s skills and carelessly extended service, The food is not good at all, Fries are overcooked, they didn’t have Inca Cola, or iced tea over all not a good experience. Please retrain the staff, they suck at what they do when taking the food orders.

Terrible experience, employees were having a situation on the kitchen and they were yelling each other. They over charged me on the credit card $4 dollars more around 8:05pm and I was trying to call back when I got my bank notification and they didn’t answered the call. I’m going to make a report with my bank for this transaction as fraud because I didn’t allow them to charged me more since I tip them on cash. Why is this happening? Is the restaurant trying to get some extra money taken money from customers?

I can say I’m a regular costumer in this kensington location I go once o twice every week , everything was fine with the service but lately I would say in the past month their costumer service sucks , they have two ladies packing and giving orders that really don’t know what they’re doing last time I was there I order to go and everyone ordering after me where getting there food first aven do I got the easiest order 1/4 of chicken rice and fries, really simple I waited more then 30 min and ask one of the ladies that what was going on with my order she said she was waiting for fries when they where giving orders with fries so I keep waiting, then after another 10 min I ask again to the other lady and she went to check they didn’t even acknowledge my order so I was like then why would the other lady tell me she was waiting for fries , long story short they where messing up even in pick up orders I heard two costumers complain while I was there .
