The flavor is good but it’s certainly far from juicy. The chicken was super dry and overcooked. Thank goodness they had plenty of sauces otherwise it would have been inedible. Maybe they were just having an off day or maybe dinner is better

The rudest place in the DMV! Fiancée and I went there for lunch while out running errands this past weekend. The cashier had a terrible attitude and when asked for a cup of ice to go with her diet coke, she literally huffed, rolled her eyes and slammed the cup on the counter after filling it. Both chicken sandwiches were over cooked and dry as cardboard, cheese wasn’t even slightly melted. The andouille sandwich was okay, but not great. As we sat there eating an angry shouting match happened between the cook and someone that appeared was the manager/owner, lasting at least ten minutes. As always, I waved and thanked them as we reached the door, the manager/owner glared and didn’t say a word.

We have been customers of this location for years. It used to be our go to place. But as of the past year, the few times I have purchased a meal here it has been dry, burned and old. I can understand having an off day, but it has been constantly bad. They don’t serve fresh cooked chicken. It seems like they serve what’s been in their warmer. The quality has definitely gone way down and I would not recommend it. Their sauce still is very good. Very disappointed.

When a business tries to lie to you and tell you that they’re charging you a fee that the credit card companies charging the customer, do not believe them, it is a lie! This company already became trash a long time ago trying to charge people $0.25 for the sauce that cost him about $0.02 to make. All of the businesses that want to charge people their credit card fees should be shut down immediately!
