I didn’t get any pictures because I was starving and sleepy at the same time but this place is actually delicious and I got the half a chicken with two sides, which was a salad and french fries. It was delicious. The yellow sauce went perfect with everything. I can admit. The skin of the chicken was a little salty but not as bad and I’d probably only notice it because I do not eat that much seasoning and salt on my foods. Check them out and let me know what you think because I gave them five stars. Also, they stay open late on weekends and everything was just fine. Great food and customer service and I will be back to visit this restaurant very soon maybe then I can add some pictures.

Ordered through Door Dash. Food arrived and looked good. But there were no sauces and no dressing for our salad. Contacted them and they offered to refund us 4 dollars, and suggested we contact Door Dash. As if it was them that forgot the sauce.

Just recently tried this place for the first time and I was extremely impressed. The Yuca was delicious especially paired with the sauce they provide. The chorizo was delicious and the chicken was very flavorful. I ordered the grilled combination with yuca, plantains and Peruvian rice. I did not leave here disappointed.

Horrible customer service!!! I stopped by Sunday night (1/15) and I received the worst customer service. I ordered the 1/4 chicken combo with a salad and beans and rice and noticed that I only received one salad dressing so I asked for another one. The guy at the front refused to give me one and so I asked him why and he said that I have to pay for it. After explaining that I wouldn’t mind paying for it, he still told me flat out no, which was very strange and extremely rude. No explanation whatsoever. I don’t usually go to this restaurant because I have experienced bad service in the past, but it was late and nothing else was open. I live right across the street at the Pearl so it is very convenient to just walk over. However, I just can’t understand why I was treated in such a poor manner. If I didn’t want to pay for the sauce, that would be one thing. But I offered to pay and he still said no and was extremely dismissive. I hate to think that it has anything to do with race, but I find it hard to believe that it doesn’t. Please save your hard earned money, especially if you’re Black. I am telling all of my family, friends, neighbors, and sorority sisters who live in the area and/or visit me not to ever go here.

I usually don’t leave food reviews but because I am now sick with food poisoning I felt the need to share. I ordered from them on 5/6/2023 during lunch time. The chicken was heavily salted, and bland. No true flavors just salt. The rice was nasty. I took one bite and trashed it. The only decent thing were the french fries. The green sauce has no spice to it. Just watered down blended cilantro. After eating this food I started to immediately feel sick. Now I’m stuck in the house with a bad cause of food poisoning! STAY AWAY!

Not sure this is the best version of crisp and juicy. The was something attached to the thigh of the chicken we ordered that was a bit unsightly so it was thrown away. Other pieces of chicken were undercooked.

I was a regular here up until yesterday. I ended up ordering one of their chicken bowls and came down with one of the worst food poisoning cases ive ever had. So much so that I legitimately considered going to the ER multiple times. If you value not dying, avoid this place at all costs.

Food overall is pretty good and the value is decent. They however have been recently charging extra fees without telling you! This is boarderline theft. They will tell you a value (real value) and take your credit card, they either add a fee or a tip without asking and they give you a recipt with the original value on it. This is deceptive and has occured multiple times recently. You wont know until you look for the value you were already charged.

Wow this place has went down! I love the later hours but where is the flavor? I ordered the super platter. Half chicken with 2 sides. The rice and beans had absolutely no flavor! They use to be a favorite. The plantain did not disappoint! Very fresh. The chicken on the other was suppose to be a half chicken. I got 2 leg quarters… no white meat at all. I like dark meat. It I’m mostly a breast and wing man… This crisp and juicy gets a score of 2 stars. No one even answered the phone when I called. Long time Customer lost.
