Meh. I mean I could just start and stop at them calling themselves Crisp & Juicy knowing good and well they’re not associated with that chain…the food was not crisp. Not juicy. Not fresh. Overpriced. The cashier looked like she didn’t want to be there. I was looking for a Crisp & Juicy experience, not a wanna be knockoff experience. Won’t be back. Will have to make the trip to the chain restaurant. The REAL one. Smh

I took a chance and maybe I should see if they have great food, came out super disappointed bought the Aloha chicken sandwich, literally quality is one star, the chicken was cold so it’s not even a fresh sandwich, slap some chicken, circle pineapple and bread thats it boom $10, happy to say I won’t be coming back, y’all need to put a lot more love on what you guys are offering. hey atleast plantains are good be bad if you mess that one too.

It’s been a long time since I worked near a crisp & juicy unfortunately this store doesn’t sell crisp nor juicy chicken, when you walk in you see no rotisserie with chicken cooking over charcoal what you see is the cook taking chicken out of a pan heating it up on a flat top grill, the French fries are dropped back into the grease everytime a order is ready and they need fries, what i got after 3 dips in the grease is hot soggy greasy gross fries, the chicken doesn’t come crisp and juicy its dry warmed up cooked hours ago chicken with absolutely no charcoal taste. The sauce they make you pay for now is in the smallest plastic cups I think they make.. very sad I don’t know if this is how all crisp & juicy stores are now or this is a bad store. The lady on the register and the cook yell at each other the whole time I was there. I placed my order on line 40 mins later it wasn’t ready so they picked psc of chicken out of other Togo orders to make my dinner. Absolutely sad what happened to at least this Crisp & juicy.

The one in Lee highway, be careful the cashier is not very honest . They charge more if you’re not careful. Make sure to check each item in your invoice before you leave. My husband was victim first now it’s me. I meant to order family platter she charged me individually almost $20 more . Cashier lady speak good English so there’s no excuse.

Crisp and juicy is no longer what it used to be. The food is still amazing, but the service is just atrocious. No matter what time of day and how busy they are you will wait for 20 minutes. I’ve been going to this location for 15+ years and I know they can do better. None of the employees are smiling, and they are always talking to eachother. This wouldn’t matter to me if they had quick turnover but they don’t. As soon as they get an uberEats order they press the iPad to get the notification cleared and then forget about it until the driver shows up, and only then will they start working on the order. I’m sorry, but I can’t support this business anymore, not until they start caring again.
