I get called into review places all the time, and I have to say, I actually choose to come here voluntarily, but because I was flooded with emails and request to try it out, I went. For starters, I choose to get the honey bbq chicken wings, with fries. Visually, they looked very satisfying, and when I first tried them, they tasted pretty good. Their definitely not the best wings around, but with some minor improvements, they could definitely get there. The wings were very over cooked, almost to the point where the meat was stuck to the bone, so that’s definitely something that needs to be brought up to the cooks, but other than that, they were fine. The sauce is very rich, and has sort of a Smokey taste to it. As far as the fries go, they are awful. I definitely would’ve given 4 stars, but good fries are important to have. All I can really taste is oil. It has a very dry and disturbing taste to it. I definitely am recommending that they change their fries vendor because these really do taste unbelievably bland. Other than that, the customer service is pretty good. The young lady who’s at the front is very kind and respectful, and as always customer service is important. I would love to see this restaurant grow, but they definitely have to fix these problems.

Awesome! Community atmosphere where everybody knows your name! The establishment was clean and bright. Love the TV’s on the wall to watch while you eat in, or waiting for take out. Parking was a little tough but worth the effort and the Garlic Parmesan Wings were amazing. My next trip will be for the fish which I hear is great.

Fish was terribly overcooked and the cook always seems to overwhelmed. And if he’s not being yelled at he’s usually outside smoking.Not a good look.Then he just cross contaminates by not washing those tobacco stained hands.Poorly run establishment.

The food is decent, this place really has a lot of hype for no reason. The chicken is definitely good but it doesn’t really stand out. There’s chicken spots all over Springfield, this is really no different. Secondly, this isn’t a very professional place. I don’t understand it’s not easier to order, this place needs a lot of work before I can give it 5 stars. I’m just being honest.

It’s a very friendly casual place with cute decor. The waitress was great. Service was quick food was hot and fresh. The owner and people that work there a super nice and helpful. I felt very welcome and satisfied with my meal. I would go back back again.
