The pizza I ordered last night had way too much sauce. I usually dont mind a little extra sauce, but this was ridiculous. It was like whoever made it, was having a bad day, and just made it as sloppily as possible. So much that when you tried to get a slice, all of the toppings just slid right off. The extra pineapple, that we were charged for, wasn’t there. It was pretty sparse. It pretty much ruined it for me. For a pizza that’s costs that much (close to 30 bucks), you would expect a little more care and pride being put into it. Whoever made the food needs to be retrained. I will not be ordering from here again.

I personally have been a customer since 2016. I have had so many issues with this location on Pierce Avenue that I choose not to order as often anymore. I ordered online this evening with a coupon sent to my house and asked my daughter to pick it up because I am ill and bed ridden. When she goes to get a pizza and pays cash plus tips the employees they give her gruff over the paper coupon. I worked for Massey’s pizza for 30 years as an employee and then a corporate manager. That is just not right!! I called the store and spoke to the manager, Abbey. Who was not concerned or accommodating to keep a loyal customer over a paper coupon! Lost a loyal customer for good

After years of ordering here, I just can’t deal with the lack of ability to remember one simple thing. A packet of Italian dressing with my sub. This hasn’t just happened a couple of times. It has happened 8+ times in the past 6 months. So today, when I ordered, I made sure to order an extra packet of Italian dressing to enjoy my sub the way it was intended. But once again, I was let down…. so I resorted to my desk drawer where a lone packet of 2 month old Italian dressing was. What other option did I have? Now here I am, hours later cheeks glued to my toilet, praying to God I live to see another day. Do you know what you did?

Ordered a simple sub and asked for only extra ham cheese and light lettuce only. Upon calling back and asking to speak to a manager I was told my sub was made to the specifications of my order and unfortunately they sent me a sub with everything on it. They would not send a replacement order without me paying a second delivery fee after them messing up my order the 1st time. (Wow you guys such great customer service…makes me sick to my stomach thinking that this is what y’all chose to do for a living. Do better people I mean seriously

10 dollars for a tiny chef salad with one pepperoni and I guess ham is no longer on the salads. Subway is $7.50 for a salad that puts this one to shame. Sorry Biggs but your brand seems to be getting more expensive for less food. Doesn’t remind me of your mission to deliver a great product at a great price 🙁
