My fiancé and I went there to eat with our newborn who was sleeping at the time. We really needed a break from cooking dinner and had no food at home so we decided to stop here. At the door, we were told to leave. There was a hour left until closing. I’m assuming the kitchen was trying to clean up early. I would have been happy with almost anything at that point even if it was toast. There were other people sitting and being served. I was newly postpartum, exhausted, and hungry. I cried before I even got to my car.

Honestly, this place doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. I had taken my son & my 1 year old daughter here today after his last football game. I love this place, we go here often. But today, was THE WORST EXPERIENCE. We got seated, waited 15 minutes to receive a menu & 20 minutes to get our drinks. We finally got to order our food & we sat and waited an hour and 30 minutes asked them to check how much longer they never came back to let us know how much longer, we spoke to the manager and she said it’s coming, so I waited another 30 minutes. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. I finally decided it was time to just get up and leave because at this point my son & I were starving. I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING HERE AGAIN. Waiting this long at a restaurant to just receive drinks is nuts & I work in the restaurant industry so I understood to a point.

Homely atmosphere, as waiters and customers familiarly greet each other. The older hostess is very personable. Clean venue, and delicious food at great value. The menu is mostly American, with some items having a Grecian twist. Wi-fi by Optimum, and parking lot in front.

Good Cuban panini, but there were ants crawling around on our table and one was in my moms food! How gross. Tried to tell someone but they just smiled at us. Real shame, we love going there for their amazing fries and onion rings, not sure if I’ll be going back anytime soon.
