Ridiculously priced drinks! $10 for a whisky coke and they apparently don’t have well/rail alcohol so you’re forced to get a top shelf liquor not a place for happy hour unless you’re into Budweiser… Those are $3 bucks

Enjoyed a wonderful meal for lunch. Enjoyed the atmosphere, food and staff. They are very friendly and knowledgeable of the options that I was looking for. Options for everyone

First time #BerniePOP was ever inside this place and we’re impressed! Friendly service and probably the single best hamburger and fries I’ve ever had! A must visit.

I had not been to Cronies in months. It was a ‘5’ star restaurant / bar last time we were there. The ‘all you can eat’ wings were no longer the bone-in ones.. I ordered the steak special and we both thought it was $6.99. It was $16.99. OK, we both heard her wrong, but the broccoli was served at room temperature, the baked potato had an extremely tough skin and the steak was tough. I could have gotten a better steak served hot at any steak house for less than that.. Girlfriend ordered a pound of wings in 2 flavors. Wings were much smaller than months ago and you could not tell one flavor from the other. Waitress was nice, but did not offer to refill my drink until I was ready to pay the bill. Meanwhile, there a few waitresses and bartender talking at the bar and inattentive to us. There was one couple sitting behind us, and one guy at the bar waiting for his carry-out order. The place used to be crowded. I understand why it is not anymore. We won’t be returning.

Went for the all you can eat wings. The wings were pretty good. The waitress was good as well. The negative review comes from the fact while we were eating we had to keep ants off our food and ourselves. The 2nd reason is after I had a refill on a glass of water, the glass I was given looked as if someone had wiped their hands inside it after eating wings. It wasn’t just something floating in my water it was like the glass was never washed just re-used. I will not be going back there again.

NEVER again..food was not good! Boneless wings were chicken breast cut into chunks with tasteless breading & fried until WAY overdone. Fish fry cod over cooked & bad taste. Sent back for something different. Told that we would receive money off bill..took $1.50 off. All this after seating ourselves and asking after 5 minutes if someone was coming to take our order. Save your money, stay home & eat.

The beer was beer, but our waitress completely ignored us, table of 4, and just disappeared. The other waitress serving the table next to us, looked at me and walked away when I tried to get her attention. It was a busy night as a lot of us from work had gone to see a co-workers band and we understood it would take awhile for the food and everything, but we sat there for an hour, only received the menus, never came back around to see if we needed anything else to drink or take our food order. Horrible service. From a previous experience, stay away from the pb&j wings, they’re disgusting.

This place seems to really have gone downhill. Bartenders are forced to measure drinks (which I understand but it seems to slow the service down to a crawl). Took about 20 mins of sitting at the bar to get a menu, and another 15 mins of waiting to actually order. At the time they were decently busy but they had 4 staff, two dedicated to behind the bar which should be more than enough. I ordered a Bud light and after 10 mins of waiting still had not gotten a beer so I paid and left. I would not go back again.

2nd time giving this place a chance. Don’t get me wrong, the place looks great, and we actually made it to ordering our food. When it comes down to the staff here, that is the problem. Our waitress was too busy talking to a table so the bartender had to bring us our food, of course first waitress didn’t write it down and messed up our order. Seems like this has turned into a regulars only bar, ran by the waitressing staff. To think about it were the only people eating here. Sad to see, I used to come here when I was a kid for wing with my buddy’s.

I used to LOVE coming here. Usually a group of 6-8 of us would come here every Sunday. However many things that have happened with the last few visits have changed not only my mind, but the whole group who used to come here at least once a week. First off they have awesome wings, and used to run an all you can eat wings and home made fries special on Sundays for $13.99, with over 20 flavor options. But recently they changed it and you can only get the boneless wings for the all you can eat. The waitress stated it was because of price changes. Our whole group (and I’m sure many others) prefer bone in when they are going out for wings. That wasn’t going to change our minds considering they still have the bone in option, just not on special. Another thing that is rather annoying is when you order your wings your offered ranch or blue cheese, as most places do, but you get charged one dollar PER SIDE of ranch. In my opinion it is a little pricey for a side of ranch, especially when you get 4 or 5 sides for all your wings/food, and were never told that there is a charge, only to get your bill and see $5 worth of ranch charged there. Why even offer it with the wings if there is a charge, or at least let the customers know that they are extra. It would be nice if the ranch/blue cheese they offered weren’t charged, but if you wanted additional sides then there would be an additional cost. Not to entire when I got my food during the last visit, the fries they brought me in the basket we literally in a pool of grease, as if they had never been drained at all before thrown in the basket. I had to ask for another basket to transfer my fries into because there was so much oil in the bottom of the other. The service the last dozen or so times has been bad ( and that’s an understatement most times). Not to mention having to remind our waitresses for another pop, or reminding they forgot someone’s refill when they already were going to get it, then forgetting to put someone’s order in, so someone has to wait for their food while everyone is eating. Also it’s not too appealing when you get a dirty glass with your drink or something floating in your drinks… on multiple occassions. I have given this place many chances, and have been very forgiving as I believe things happen and everyone makes mistakes, but when things like this happen over and over you no longer even want to try. I know they have lost our whole group as return customers and hopefully they can change their ways soon or I’m sure many more will start feeling the same way.
