I absolutely LOVE going to see Cady at Crooked Lake Nutrition. She’s always got a smile, the club has local vendors, she is SUPER involved with the community and most of all…the shakes and teas make my WHOLE day. Protein balls and parfaits are another great treat. I’m so glad she is in our area!
