Don’t come here unless you’re okay with a lot of noise… We didn’t realize it had an arcade in it and it was so loud we could barely have a conversation across the table. Overall service was very good… Everyone collaborated to wait on us and help where they could. Food was decent, not great… Burgers didn’t have a ton of flavor and neither did the Chorizo Queso dip. Garlic parmesan fries were tasty though! Might be better to come here during the week verses a Saturday.

Good food, great service and a decent little buzz around the place. Big portions for the nachos, the burgers were jucy, and the fry’s I could have eaten all day!! I also did a beer flight, and they were some of the tallest “tasting glasses” I’ve had. Usually they’re a 4oz pour, but these were great!

Really delicious food! But you’ll need extra napkins because that Lucy squirts real far! (It’s a burger, and it’s delicious. Get your mind out of the gutter!) The service was great, and everyone was attentive and friendly. Will definitely go there again when I’m back up in this area.

The menu has narrowed over the last couple of years. I missed the variety of the old larger menu but it is the trend to narrow down. Great atmosphere great place to catch the game or watch sports or play interactive games while you eat.

Our server was great and the food was good. Be careful of extra charges either not on the menu or it is in small type. Similiar substitutes and things like extra dressing will be on the final bill unless they changed that since I was there. Ask first so you don’t feel duped.

Warning, the food is extremely good. I also have a game area where you can have a drink and play some fun games. Nice selection of beers on tap and friendly staff. Additional warning if you order a Lucy and it comes out steaming hot do not bite directly into it without cutting it in half 1st. You may have molten cheese squirt all down your shirt. Lol

We saw on our phone, Google Maps (assume current) that the Ale Walleye and Chips was $4 off on Wednesday. Our server looked at the app on our phone and saw the same thing. She didn’t know of that offer but agreed to it since she saw it. The manager came over and wanted to see it. In small print it showed it was two years old. She said they have made it but couldn’t give it to us at a discount. She then asked if we still wanted it. Why didn’t she ask us before they started to make it? No compassion from this manager. Not even a free beer in exchange. This all happened at 2:00 in the afternoon.

I ordered a burger on the menus that was marked “Gluten Free”(one of the 3 burgers that were specifically marked gluten free.) When the burger arrived it was served with deep fried onions on it. I fortunately saw it before I took a bite and was able to ask the waitress it they were indeed gluten free as stated on the menu. She came back said they unfortunately were not. She was super apologetic and got me a new burger and it came out quick! My only reason for writing this review is just to warn other gluten-avoiding people to just ask before you order! Even if it’s marked gluten-free. They had amazing GF buns though!

At the Galleria ’94
The manager was wonderful which was demonstrated through excellent customer service. He had mailed our daughter’s purse to us after she had left it at the resturant saving us a day trip. Food was great too. We will be returning customers. Thanks again for everything!
