It was so good, we loved the homemade croquetas with cod, crab, and ham. Friendly talk with the owner, and we even had the chance to taste croquetas made of goyava that were kindly offer to us. Strongly recommended !

My mom was Cuban and used to make croquettas, but she’s been gone for over a decade and I haven’t had any since. When I saw this place I had to come try it and they’re just as good!! The sandwich was ok, but the croquettas are great.

Pablo and his family are very sweet. Stopped by today with my daughter to grab some lunch on this rainy day. Great conversation while waiting and even better food. The Cuban sandwich really hit the spot. All of the croquettes were great – loved the salted cod!

As a Cuban i can tell you they have the best croquetas. The pull pork sandwich and the Cuban sandwich were delicious. We are coming back next week for the Ropa Vieja Sandwich and flan.

Best cuban croquetas I have had since I came from Cuba. Definitely worth it to stop and check it out if you’re coming back from a day of hiking and want some rewarding food. The owners are really nice and put a lot of effort on their flavors. The Havana croqueta was one of my favorites filled with ground meat and habanero.

I stopped by for lunch and ordered a Cuban sandwich and a ham croquette. To start the staff were very friendly and had great customer service. Food is made to order so you get it hot and fresh! The Cuban was good! A little dry (I think from the pernil). Maybe some extra pickles or mustard would help! Otherwise it was made to perfection ( especially the bread, yum!) I would go back and try the roja Vieja sandwich. The croquette was delicious and I will be going back to try out their other options!

This place is amazing, truly unique and authentically Cuban! We were visiting Tarrytown from NJ and found this Croquetería by chance. Being Cubans ourselves we decided to stop by. We had ham and cod croquetas and also the Cuban sandwich. Especially the croquetas reminded us of our abuelas’s croquetas back in Cuba. They are home-made and delicious. The Cuban sandwich is very good as well. The owners are Cuban and great conversationalists. ¡Gracias, Niurka y Pablo! We’ll be back for sure!

I strongly recommend stopping by the Croqueteria for some excellent food. The variety of croquettes made for a very tasty meal. We got a number of different kinds and they were fantastic. We also tried their cuban sandwich. The sandwich is phenomenal. It’s so easy to go wrong with a cuban but Carlos and Pablo do it right. During our lunch we had a great conversation with Pablo that was so engaging it almost made us miss our afternoon tour.

I went to Croquetería when I was in town for a wedding, and it was amazing. The croquetas, coffee, and sandwiches were all SO delicious, and the owners (a lovely mother and son team) were so welcoming, nice, fun, and accommodating. I can’t recommend this place enough! I wish I lived closer to it; I’d be a regular if I were local! You can really taste, see, and feel how much love and effort go into both the restaurant itself and the food.
