Went here for the first time a really enjoyed. It doesn’t look like a typical diner from the outside. Inside is quaint and a nice surprise. Service was great, our waitress offered to reheat our coffee which was a first! I had a French dip with fries, it came with coleslaw and pickle slices. French dip was tasty, I would order it again. I would go back.

Went here for it was close to our hotel. My God the food was good! I had the gyro and wife had chicken marsala. Onions rings might be the best I’ve ever had. Kid friendly. Service was friendly and quick. I usually do not write reviews but this place earned it. Sucks I’ll only get to eat there once as we are leaving town.

Feel like this over stretched blurry photo made on printer running out of ink sums things up. My wife didn’t bother past the first bite of what was supposed to be biscuits and gravy. Coffee already tasted burnt at 8:30am. Eggs and hash we’re fine.

Very nice diner with great service. I have had breakfast there a few times with my parents who are regulars. They seem to have a great connection to the local community and a genuine connection to its customers. In todays fast paced digital world that was very nice to see. Not to mention my breakfast was nicely done and was a perfect portion. I had a spinach and feta egg white omelet, home fries, and wheat toast. The food was fresh, fast and hot with great service and good coffee.

We just had an amazing experience with the Cross Mill Diner, we had them cater our Easter Breakfast for our office and it was wonderfully prepared and Delicious. We will definitely be using them again for other occasions both for the office and personal parties. We have been there for lunch before but this was our forever catering experience. We definitely recommend them

A hometown favorite. Located at the border of Toms River and Lakewood Cross Mill Diner never disappoints. The owner John is a super nice guy and is always there to greet customers. Unfortunately we are only allowed to do take out but we cant wait until we can dine in again !
