They have ample parking which is nice. The pIace looked really busy when we pulled in. They only had room to sit us outside. I ordered the fried pickles which I enjoyed. Pretty sure they are homemade. I also ordered the chicken quesadilla. The quesadilla was ok. It had plenty of filling. The waitress was nice. We didn’t have to wait too long too get our food. Overall I would give this place another try. However I would not order the chicken quesadilla again. I would try something different on the menu.

I was there to dine in for lunch but it took so long I had to get it to go. The order was 10 wings with extra blue cheese. The wings were burnt so bad you could not eat them, and I ended up throwing them out. The waitress forgot the extra blue cheese but still charged for it. Overall just a bad experience

Had extended family come and we ended up here. Wasn’t our first time. The choices were few cause I wanted good food and have never been disappointed. Sometimes the service is scattered but they’re good people. I warned the family about the service and praised the food. We weren’t disappointed and the service was exceptional. A little wait but if you’re patient you’re guaranteed great food. Usually do the meat loaf cause it’s amazing but copied a family members order to mix it up cause I tend to always get the same thing. For a burger, I was blown away. The prices are great for the quality of the food. I usually weigh heavily on service but the food outweighs any concerns. The servers are very nice people even when they’re running around busy. If you stop when they’re not busy guaranteed quality if they’re crazy busy be calm and you won’t be disappointed. Worth it every time. Super happy to have found this place! Fresh, crafted, high quality meals! Even their sauces are clearly made and not just bulk order generic pastes. Worth your time!

Haven’t been in years, I went there with my family for my birthday dinner. Sat instantly( door greater definitely wasn’t pleasant tho) and our drinks were ordered asap. Very attentive and good atmosphere. Our waitress was great. Food was awesome and all out at the same time. Definitely recommend.

Best. Food. Ever! I’ve been to MANY restaurants in Tompkins County, I’m sorry, but NONE of them compare to the delicious, CREATIVE (and ever changing, I’ve noticed!) menu Crossroads has to offer. We keep finding ourselves coming back here! LOVE IT. Go after 5pm, when Jay, owner is cooking…what a difference, and WHAT SKILL. You’ll know what I’m talking about, if you just try his creative entrees, especially. My 3 stars for atmosphere is only because the wooden chairs and booth benches are painful on my bones and could really use some cushioning, but I’ll chalk that up to strategy: he probably needs to keep those tables turning over quickly because the place is always PACKED, and for good reason!!! After an hour, too painful to sit there any longer, so off we go! But the food…oh man, haven’t found a dish I did not like yet! And the creative appetizers!!! Fried pickles, irish fries (the aioli is to die for!) The soft pretzel sticks…Oh man! Just go!! (Bring a cushion! ) also…wish there was some kind of steak on that summer menu!
