What a great find! The Cuban sandwich was not your usual. This one was filled with pulled seasoned pork, shaved ham, crunchy pickles and a spicy mustard sauce on a fresh chibata roll. Add the boardwalk style fries and you have a wonderful meal!

I wish I could give Nicole and her team at Crossroads Bistro 10 stars. We used crossroads for our wedding last weekend. Our guests raved about the food, as we went with no traditional foods. Nicole worked with us to create a fun menu that was exactly what me and my now-husband wanted including French fries and an ice cream bar! Nicole crafted a menu just for us and helped us with all the other details needed that we weren’t even thinking of. Nicole then, both leading up to the wedding and the day of the wedding, made sure our entire wedding flowed seamlessly. She made sure our food was set, but also that our tables looked great and all our decor found a spot. I would recommend Crossroads Bistro to anyone looking for a fantastic addition to their wedding day!

A definite cut above standard lunch fare, the choice is yours.. Flavorful, saucy, tongue smacking, napkin needing yummies or salad or even crab soup the Crossroads Bistro serves up hot to order.. The inside of the restaurant smells really bad. Something smells rotten and the floor is covered in dirt. Not in just one section, but the whole floor. I’ve come in twice and the conditions were the same. The staff appears nice, but the food really wasn’t up to par. I paid $50 for crab soup, crab dip, and a sub with crab meat and both the soup and the sandwich had a lot of crab shell inside. It made the food difficult to eat and seemed lazily unfinished. I came in for a second time because I wanted to believe that the first time the store was dirty and the food subpar that it was a one time thing. I don’t believe we’ll be eating from there anymore.

The staff is so nice but the food is always disappointing. I’ve tried a few things off the menu. The quesadilla off the kids menu had large cubes of chicken thrown in the tortilla so large not even an adult could bite. It was barely held together.

We were a little disappointed with this meal. I was really excited for the Cuban sandwich I ordered and as usual I was let down. I guess getting a really good Cuban sandwich in Maryland just isn’t a thing. I specifically ordered no pickles and add bacon, neither were done and there was actually an abundance of pickles. The bread was beyond soggy, in particular the bottom portion of the bread which made it kinda gross, very messy and super hard to eat. The flavor of the sandwich itself though and the sauce they put on were really good. Had it been made the way I ordered and the bread wasn’t soggy I feel like I would have loved it! We also ordered whipped potatoes and added ham which was not added and frankly they were gross regardless. The fresh cut French fries were on point, kinda thin for fresh cut fries but none the less they were really good. The app offered to add rice as a side for an extra $.50, with the French fries, which I thought was weird but I thought it was a good deal and went for it but we received no rice with our order. Lastly the fried pickles, the taste of the batter was bangin!! But… they were also soggy and kinda mushy and yet again we didn’t get the mango salsa or ranch -_-. I am not sure if the menu is just wrong on Uber eats or what but if you are not supposed to be able to add and remove stuff, someone should do something about it being on there. Overall we were kinda disappointed but the place has a lot of potential. I would personally give it another shot in the future to see if some of the rest of their extensive menu is any good.
