Visited on a Saturday evening with my friend for dinner. It was nice to find an upscale vegan restaurant, as there aren’t many around. We had a reservation for 2 and were seated immediately. The restaurant decor had low light and actually was a pretty intimate vibe in the back which would actually be nice for a date night.

This place could convert a carnivore to a plant based eater…… So long as every meal was as good as this one! Worth the price, which will be on the higher side.

If you’re looking for a “plant based” restaurant on the strip that’s within walking distance of the night life, I’ve found the perfect spot inside the Resort World Casino. I’m told this is the only plant based restaurant on the Las Vegas strip. For all you meat lovers and those who have limited to no experience with plant based foods (me included), trust me, you will not know the difference. The food here is outstanding. The calamari taste just like squid. But it’s not. The bolognese made with “impossible meats” taste just like the real thing and I couldn’t distinguish between the two. The restaurant with its upscale decor makes for a wonderful dining experience. Our server, Jennifer was phenomenal. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and even suggested some of her favorite dishes. I’d ask that she be recognized/acknowledged by management for her great customer service. I’ll definitely be back.

Delicious food! The calamari was fantastic (made of hearts of palm). The salad was the only dish that was not tasty. Very tart, tangy. Pasta Carbonara was delicious and so was the sausage (if you like spicy, that’s your thing). The ice cream sundae with chocolate brownies tasted the same as non-plant-based ones. Service was very attentive and genuine.

We LOVED the brunch buffet. Everything was delicious, including the cocktails. The bac’n though, was worth it alone. Made from seaweed, they didn’t look particularly appetising but whoa, I could have eaten my weight in that bac’n alone. There were waffles, French Toast, pancakes, freshly made pastas, salads, cheezes (the vegan blue cheese was GREAT), tiramisu, lemon cake, the exceptional list continues. Do yourself a favour and just GO THERE!

I was really looking forward to this experience, made reservations weeks in advance but overall it was just ok. Food was creative and presented well, but not very flavorful. No chance of converting any meat eaters with what they are serving here. The lasagna and eggplant were mediocre, and lasagna was served cold internally far more than I would’ve liked. However, Stuffed zucchini was presented nicely and enjoyed by all. For drinks, we tried the espresso and cucumber mocktails and both were good options. Dessert was also a highlight. Ambiance was lackluster. The competing sound systems of the casino and the restaurant really don’t work well. Service was ok, very friendly server, but service was slow and we felt as if we were forgotten about several times. Prices in line with what I would expect for fine dining, but this experience wasn’t it.

Can’t recommend enough! The service was impeccable, efficient, personable and helpful. You didn’t feel rushed but also didn’t feel ignored or forgotten. The ingredient pairings were unusual and a delight. My mouth wasn’t bored! To have gf options on top of it being vegan (including the alcohol) made the experience all the better. Everyone could eat everything, an extremely rare event. The ambiance was elevated, to be able to dine in an upscale restaurant instead of some cold lunch style cafe was so refreshing. I would fly back to Vegas just to eat another a meal there. A personal shoutout to Corey, our server, who made our two dinners (in a row!) there even better.

Food is delicious and staff super qualified – if you have the chance to have Gerald taking care of you at the bar, you’re a lucky guy!

A beautiful dinner experience of refined vegan cuisine. I knew it would be great but saved room in my expectations to be impressed, and impressed I was.
