After she was done checking her phone, the young woman at the register took my order. It was my first time and I wasn’t sure how things worked so I asked her if they just bring the food to us, she said yes. They do not bring the food to you. There is a spot you pick it up from. I don’t know how long it sat there before I realized I was supposed to pick it up. In her defense I think I accidentally woke her up when I got there. She was yawning and looked upset. The wings were soggy but again, they may have been sitting a while. You also tip at the register when you pay, but you’re actually getting your own food and cleaning it up yourself so keep that in mind, despite what staff will tell you.

Worst wings I’ve ever had. They were burnt with no sauce to speak of on them. Why a cook would put send them out to a customer is beyond me. I paid for them and I will never return. No service to speak of either. I ordered at a counter when I came in. I had to go up to the bar to get a beer. I had to go pick my food up by the kitchen.

BBQ wings were awesome! Also had a big helping of fried mushrooms. My wife had the fish and fries. She LOVED the fish, but the waffle fries were too hard for her to eat. Other than that slight bobble, we had a great time.

You order your food set down and wait for a text then you go to front of restaurant and pick up your tray. Napkin box you have to go get too it was kinda greasy. Table not clean and wings was not done. Restaurant has wide open space and some out door setting as well. Missed the service you get in set down restaurants no one checked on us or anything. Took our wings home and air fried them the flavor was awesome.

Workers got bad bc I canceled an order less then 1 minutes after I placed it then my friend bought himself 2 beers and they had there bartenders stare us down to our seet and then follow us to our table and try to ask for my id when i never even bought a drink terrible place and food is cheapest bar food in white oak

Yesterday was the first time I ordered chicken wings from Crossroads wings and it will be that last. Those wing was horrible. How can you mess up fried chicken wings. Was not season tasted bland. I don’t know how they got good rating. Unless they got paid people to rate them high or the people eating there don’t know how to cook. The only reason why I gave them 1 star because that was the lowest number fir rating. Horrible chick I wing and the blue cheese dressing was runny. SMH. Mad I wasted my money and they had the nerves to charge tax on carry out. . N yes the chicken wing was horrible.
