Used them for catering and the food was awesome and also very professional. They were great from ordering to picking up the food. They took care of my needs. Definitely going to use the catering again. Had a tray of meatballs,tray of lasagna,tray of grilled chicken Alfredo. Everything came out great.

2022: order we placed at 7:48 , told us 20 mins wait, had to wait 40 minutes in total. Sat inside for 20mins was done at 8:29, while others came in got their food with no wait and left. We got two small subs and a small calzone. There was same amount of ppl working that always work there. We’ve come for a few years , but this experience was the worst one yet.

Crow Point pizzeria has fantastic calzones. They are gigantic and a single one can easily feed a very hungry family. The chicken inside is crispy but still juicy with tons of flavor. The dough was thin but sturdy and absolutely perfectly cooked. You could still see the gluten holding itself together as you ripped it open, without being wet and doughy. Crow Point pizzeria goes hard with the cheese, and the melted cheese was toasty on the edges. Truly delicious. Definitely the best calzone I ever had.

Customer service is a lost art and this place proves it. We arrived to pick up our call ahead order and they informed they had given it to someone else with the same last name. Not ideal but we patiently waited — 20ish minutes as the family at home wondered what was taking so long. When called up front to get our order, the owner offered no discount or apologies. I then broached the issue — might you want to give a 10% or some nominal discount for our inconvenience? The owner smirked and said smugly, “mistakes happen.” No apology. No attempt at an apology. Rude and entitled. Crow’s Pizza thinks the customer is below them. Mistakes do happen but businesses who value their customers work to get it right. Crow’s Point is not that kind of business. Skip this place. Food was fine — nothing to write home about — but the experience was embarrassing as my family guests were from out of town.

When visiting from Cape Cod I ordered take out from this establishment. The result was a most negative experience. When we arrived to pick up the order we learned that they had given our order to another customer. Hence we needed to wait while they prepared our order. The proprietor offered no accommodation, simply stating “everyone makes mistakes.” Beyond the content of the comment it was clear that the proprietor, who I believe is the owner, was attitudinally challenged. I think she expected me to apologize for them delivering the wrong order. If you choose to frequent Crow Point do not expect to be treated with any civility.

I ordered the most simple thing a large cheese pizza pie. They made it so well! It was delicious and it had a lot more cheese than most places will put on their Pizza pies. In addition, the cheese and the sauce for extremely tasty! In the past I’ve ordered subs and heroes such as eggplant parmesan and again extremely delicious and well worth the price which is reasonable!
