Crown Chicken and waffles either have a problem with integrity or their workers do – which is still the same problem. I usually let things slide but I have had 3 incidents where Crown “left off” part of my order thru Grubhub. First it was a chicken tender from and order, then I ordered 3 Mac n Cheeses and they only sent one…ever tried to call them? They do t answer their phones. Lastly I ordered 6 wings today…small order with Mac n cheese. 6 wings turned to 5. I hate to nit-pick but that wing represents money spent at a hospitality industry locale that’s supposed to treat me like I am paying for my food and service…because I am. A nickel here and a dime there adds up! So as good as their mac n cheese is, I can wait til my daughter makes it at Thanksgiving. I done with their shady, low-lifed antics. Say Goodbye to my $$$!

I ordered chicken and waffles and the chicken sandwich… Food was so so.. the waffle was not fully cooked and the powdered sugar had soaked into the waffle.. The chicken on both the sandwich and waffles were lukewarm and very very small… The place was very clean.. it’s new in the area so we decided to try so we did and we will not go again..

Catfish is fresh and cooked to perfection. Their Mac and cheese is awesome but I Found an egg shell in my Mac but they easily replaced it, believe to be an honest mistake. Restaurant is clean and inviting.
