Ordered hot wings and pepsi from grubhub. The bag was literally falling apart as it arrived. The fries were so stiff and the hot wings were less hot and more salty. And I had no idea that if you don’t specifically order for some, they don’t send a single packet of any dipping sauce by default. And the pepsi can came without a straw. I only have myself to blame because I should have seen the reviews before ordering from them. Goodbye crown fried chicken, forever.

Very disappointed! After a long day at work and also I work in the food industry, I ordered on Uber eats mostly everything came out wrong. Gyro was poorly thrown in aluminum foil, I ordered two beef patties with cheese and got two Mac n cheese that I did NOT want, cheese cake but got carrot cake instead! To top off my sodas were hot I will never order from you in person or Uber eats ever again!!

I was very disappointed ordering uber eats from them. I received burnt chicken on top of fries. The paper box it came in was falling apart. I ordered a pepsi and received dr.pepper. I went back to the store with the burnt chicken and explained I wasn’t eating that, but the customer service was terrible. I showed the man the chicken and asked him for something else. He laughed while looking at the black chicken and said “that’s what it looks like in the picture” and laughed and said there’s nothing he can do so I left the burnt chicken on the counter. Honestly the worst crown fried chicken. Don’t recommend wasted money and time on burnt chicken… You guys are supposed to have good chicken aren’t y’all a chicken place?

My husband and I hadn’t eaten all day. We finally get some food from here and it was so underwhelming. Mac and cheese tasted weird, fries were bland, and I’ve had hot pockets that tasted better than their “pizza rolls.” We didn’t even finish our food. It’s a no for me.
