This is without a doubt the worst fried chicken I have ever had. I went to the store 2 days ago because it is at the same shopping center as my local dry cleaners. I waited for 5 minutes but no one came to the register. They only had chicken wings in the food warmer thing. Today, I went to pick up my clothes from the dry cleaners and thought to try them out again. Again, they only had chicken wings ready in the food warmer. The guy at the register told me it would be 10-15 minutes if I wanted chicken thighs. I said ok and decided to wait because I thought that meant the chicken would be fresh. Their chicken is definitely not fresh, the bones have turned a dark color, and the meat closest to the bones has turned dark too. It is so disgusting to think that I ate half of my meal before taking a closer look. In the end I had trash the rest of my meal because I was so uncomfortable eating food that clearly should not be served. I think they have precooked chicken that they keep for days on end, and then throw it into the fryer when an order is made. The restaurant was empty most of the time while I was there, apart from one young lady who came in to order. She too was told there will be a wait and she went to wait in her car while her order was being met. To make matters worse, the chicken was extremely dry and the meat part had no seasoning at all.

I ordered a breakfast sampler through DoorDash and was highly disappointed! The home fries are missing. I asked for shell scrambled eggs, I was given powdered. I don’t eat pork/beef, so I asked for extra turkey bacon but I didn’t receive it!!! SMH!!!! I received a $20 refund through DoorDash, so I’m not too upset. Next time, read instructions!!!

I ordered just mild thighs, lemon cake and an ice tea. The cake was very fresh and delicious. I would have bought two slices had I known. The ice tea that was made in-house was waaaaaaaay too sweet and they ran out half way through pouring it in my cup.

I just ordered from here on doordash for the first time and it will definitely be the last. The steak and cheese was big and tasted ok. The Mac and cheese was spoiled. Like I took a bite and almost vomited. The smell was awful. It appears they used spoiled milk and then cooked it. I have never experienced anything like this at any restaurant.

The chicken is good not overly large wings on steroids etc..highly seasoned. I haven’t had anything else other than the chocolate cake which was also good. The service is professional and ordering online is the actual best route to go. You receive a text message once your order is received and one upon the order being ready for pick up. I literally walked in watched people order and wait I gave my name and received my order and walked out in under ten seconds as those standing looking like…hold up how did he do this?..better than waiting right? I ordered a 3 piece with one thigh and two legs and it smelled rancid. Like not like just unwashed chicken but like raw chicken that had been left out for a while and it started to spoil and it was still fried and served. I noticed too late and didn’t not want to go back. A waste of $10. The guy who took my order was nice though.

I love your maryland and other dc locations. This one was horrible. Several dark meat pieces tasted horrible as you ate the actual meat. Skin seasoning hid the bad taste. Two thighs were retarded and had a little leg attached. The mac and cheese (i ordered three) were absolutely terrible. Overcooked, no salt, no creaminess. I would say better luck next time but there wont be a next time for me at this location. I dont waste my money and time twice. I even gave tip, i had no idea it was going to be this bad. Update: i heated what was left over the next day in my airfryer. The meat smelled like weeks old urine. I had to throw several pieces away. My money was not as useless as the food or foul smelling. I will be disputing my card thank you very much.

Ordered 9 piece meal and they gave me all chicken wings. Which made it worse was the wings were soggy and salty. We also ordered seasoned fries which were not seasoned at all. The collard greens tasted old and the seafood salad was basically all mayo of some sort. Worst location ever!

I tried ths place out about 5 wks ago. I’ve been going once a week since then. I get enough chicken wings to last 2 to 3 days. They warm up and taste just as good on the 3rd day. that just doesn”t happen with other chicken. The chicken is very flavorful. The wings are the size chicken wings should be if not filled with harmones. The menue sides and desserts are extensive. There’s a full breakfast menue. I hope this place is here for a very long time. It’s become my “go to” restruant when I don’t want to cook. Prices are comparable to other area carry out restruants.
