I grew up about 15 minutes from Crozet Pizza, so I’ve eaten here for more than 40 years. It amazes me the place has been around so long. This was my first visit in about 10 years, and the business has recently changed hands. I found the pizza still met my expectations, though I could taste a slight difference. The interior and service are quite different with a full bar, a take out register and a small stage for live music. I miss all the old photos and post cards (this pizza has even been to space!), but the change also seemed it could be good for the place and make it last another 40 years. It’s an institution in Albemarle County, and Crozet is a neat little town. It is DEFINITELY worth a visit, even if you have to make the drive from Charlottesville or drop out of the mountain passes to get there.

Best pizza I have had in ages. I did a half pizza split with one of my friends, which was definitely the way to go. Loved the ambiance and Will took great care of us. The place was packed when we left (Sunday evening).

Rated a top pizza restaurant in Virginia by Food and Wine Magazine, I’ve been stopping at Crozet Pizza for over a decade. I appreciate their healthy selections and laid-back style. Gluten-free, plenty of toppings to choose from, local beer–it’s got it all. PLEASE try the brussels sprouts!

The pizza is fabulous but…..we were offered a 10% off coupon which we tried using but couldn’t. Turns out it was for the Charlottesville location which we have never been to. In addition to the confusion, our trust and security were compromised since our email address was shared with another location. When I went to pick up our pizzas, I watched the server sprinkle basil on our pizzas with dirty and unprotected hands. Gross! In spite of the great pizza, I will not be going back for a long time.

Ordered a white pizza and added spinach. Ordered their version of a Supreme. Both pizzas were tasty, but the crust was soggy. I prefer a crisper crust, so had to put it in the oven to finish cooking it after bringing it home. Super busy place, but the staff was hustling and friendly.
