Best breakfast spot! Loved this place, we waited only about 10 mins the line moves quickly. Staff was very welcoming and they are were a very efficient team. After placing the order we waited a few mins for a table to be available and got coffee in the interim. Once getting a table, the food came out shortly after delivered to the table. I got a breakfast sandwich and my wife got the Avocado toast. Both dishes were delicious and recommend this spot for breakfast/brunch/lunch (multiple menus for any appetite).

Had the madeira mushroom melt here. Portion was very big. One is easily enough to feed two people. Only suggestion is maybe to toast the bread a little more or use a crustier baguette instead because by the time I was served my sandwich, part of it was already soggy. But the flavors were on point. They have free water that is self served on the side.

Great little breakfast/brunch spot tucked away in a corner. We waited in what looked like a long line, but it moved super quickly and only took like 8-10 mins. Got the quinoa scramble which was super tasty, and an unsweetened ice tea. The service was pretty quick and our food came out within 10-15ish minutes. Would definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for a nice chill place for brunch!

Great vibe. Parking can be challenging but so is everywhere in Newport. Easy access to hop-on-hop-off trolley which is a plus. Recommended to us by a local friend and we weren’t disappointed. The staff is friendly. Been here only once and will visit again.

If you want to get ahead on eating your pound of dirt before you die, get the mushroom melt. There was a dime sized clump of mushroom substrate in my sandwich. Yeesh. Really good otherwise but please double check your food before you eat. They have a gender neutral single occupant bathroom which is awesome and the outdoor seating is comfortable and pleasant. Leaving the mushroom dirt in is a mistake anyone can make but also… Please be more careful.
