I made a call in order. I was 45 minutes away and I took my time getting there to make sure my order would be ready. Once I got there I found out they don’t cook the food until you get there. They could have told me that on the phone. After I got my order, which I ordered regular hot wings, these were so hot you couldn’t eat them and I was too discussed to take them back. You lost a customer.

The first time I ordered it was pretty good. Ordered them uber eats while I had 3 friends over. We all ordered 10 wings. So 4 different flavors. Then when we get our order they decided to only give us 2 different flavors. Called and told them. Remake the order? No. Just offer us store credit as if everyone eats the same thing not the fact that we ordered something different for each person. I hate I recommended them at all. Horrible lunch experience. So much for supporting black business

Me and my wife ordered a 100 party wings. We placed the order yesterday in advanced. We received our order to the surprise it was short 28 wings. It came in 2 carryout containers so my wife immediately said ‘This don’t look like a 100 wings’. THE WINGS WERE VERY SMALL! Usually an order of that capacity comes in an aluminum pan. This is completely unacceptable. I’m not sure what happened. I’m hoping that the cook was lazy and not management practicing shady business practices. When you spend your hard earned money with a business you expect to get what you paid for. PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD IF YOU PLAN ON EATING HERE. This was our first time trying this location but unfortunately this will be our last. We will not be returning. For those who are reading this, order with caution and check everything.

Worst crumpys in the city.. Workers are weird and rude .. No communication skills what so ever . The woman at counter gave food to customers she knew over customers that already orders.. I asked about my order multiple times and everyone just looked at me as if I didn’t already pay for a service.. highly unappreciated.. this is the 3rd time in a row that these very same things happened.. it’s like after they get your money they forget about you .. overall just a horrible place and the food was cold and nasty and sloppy looking

Crumpy’s service has always been terrible but I didn’t mind going because they used to have the best wings. Now, the service is worse than ever. Every time I order my food on Door Dash, I leave to pick it up when it tells me it’s ready and I always end up waiting at least 30 minutes for it to be ready when I get there. The wings were super small the last time and the seasoning did not taste the same at all. Then, we ordered 3 small fries and they only gave me 2 stating that there wouldn’t be enough fries for the other orders currently waiting for pickup but did not offer me a refund! What in the ratchet mess is this? I’ll probably be making my own wings from now on!

Horrible Horrible Horrible! There is no point in calling your order in!!! They are very very slow! Poor Customer Service! The lady with the glasses told me they don’t actually make you’re food until you come pay for it what an inconvenience! And the new guy with the durag they have now Terrible and is anyways trying to eat himself or smoke before he makes any orders pathetic!
