Family style restaurant and food. Friendly young staff. Had to ask to if we were supposed to order after 10 mins waiting because servers didn’t realize we hadn’t been waited on. Good service after that. Quick good family style food. Friendly casual atmosphere; super sticky floors from hallway to restrooms.

I ordered the Tacos and they were great the female bartender who was working 8/26/23 at 10 pm was rude and told me to leave just because I asked for a charger and had 4 drinks. Not sure what I did to upset her, but I was just trying to mind my business and have a good time. I’m never going back to this location again. I have 2 witnesses that heard her speaking in a disrespectful manner and they don’t know what her problem was with me either.

Were the first patrons seated in dining room and and watching others coming in 30 min. after we did getting their food. An hour after we get there we were told our food wasn’t quite ready yet. We left. A family of 5 left about 15 min. before we did after not getting food either.

Ordered pizza with the Feed the Crew as a pick up. Asked for no green peppers on the pizza. I know things get missed from time to time but they assured me NO GREEN PEPPERS. Guess what green peppers. We were so hungry we didn’t want to wait for a remake. All we got was I’m sorry!! Food otherwise was very good.

I like this place. I went there for lunch on a Saturday and felt very welcome. There were many families at this place when we got there, giving us a hint it could be a good place for a family meal. As a matter of fact, someone was celebrating his/her birthday with their family in a room adjacent to the room we were in.

Had many wonderful experiences here!! Took my daughter and grandchildren, who live out of town, there for lunch. A big crowd was seated next to us. They were extremely loud!! They didn’t ask if we would like to be moved!! We decided to just pay our bill, we hadn’t eaten!! Then we were overcharged!! We asked for the lunch pasta and broccoli, then ordered a side salad. It is on the menu that way!! $1.50 extra for the salad!! No problem!! Charged us for the dinner pasta and told us, because you can’t get a side salad with lunch!! Read your menu!! Our waiter never came to refill our drinks!! Our appetizer was floating in oil!! Worst experience I have ever had there!! Seriously has gone down hill!! Won’t be going back!!

I eat at Crusoes on average twice a month. It is usually great. Tonight, however, was terrible. We walked in and had to ask to be seated because two were on their phones. Once seated we waited 23 minutes before we were even asked what we wanted to drink. The service tonight was horrendous. The food was, as always, top notch.
