The wife and I decided to check out Crust Simply Italian and truly liked the vibe. We stopped by for a late lunch, not many people when we arrived, but it began to pick up while we were there. The food was great, and the service was excellent. I had a Calamari plate that was not fried completely, and the manager, I believe her name was April. She made sure to replace it with a new fresh plate, which was super awesome! It’s definitely a spot we will visit again to try out other restaurants in the row, as well.

Did not care for the pomegranate iced tea. It was much more than a hint of flavor. Also, if someone says no lemon, that is an important note to make since 99% of the industry uses there fingers to place the lemon on the rim of the glass.

I decided to give this place a try on a Saturday night, We were seated pretty quickly and waited for more than a normal time frame to be greeted by our server. Due to our heads looking around to see who will serve us we were greeted by Tracie. Apologies for the confusion. And promptly took drink orders, appetizers and main courses. Definitely attentive and took great care of us. While food was prepared we did notice other food under the warmer for a long time while employees talked and walked past the food. The manager was sitting at the bar on the computer and when finished approached the food and did not wash hands. Noticed line staff rubbing their nose and on cell phones. Tracie was efficient with making sure our food was brought to us as soon as it was ready. Pizza was a huge portion, very flavorful although soggy. Alfredo was decent however bland. Chicken Parmesan was awesome and Caesar salad was good especially the croutons. The guy making salads and dessert was clean and made sure to wear gloves and was very spot on. Overall this place is good and has lots of potential. My only little pet peeve about our service is that Tracie on two occasions reached over for drinks and food versus handing it to each person. The place is clean and has nice decor. Wasn’t busy around 8ish. The bar was cool and not busy as well.

Friend introduced me to this restaurant since I was visiting from out of state so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The place looks clean and the atmosphere is what I would expect from a casual Italian restaurant. Decently lit with a big bar in the middle. I loved the look. Went on a Saturday night at 8pm and it wasn’t crowded. (Not surprising considering the shopping center looks on the newer side.)

Really like this location in Cooley Station. Nice outdoor patio with a fireplace and misters. Inside has a cool vibe to it but is on the smaller side. During peak hours, can feel like you’re on top of other tables. Can get pretty loud inside too.

Me and my family went on their 1st day. Me and my wife went here last Friday unfortunately, it was only for friends and family. So we went back the following day and we are not disappointed. The place is amazing not to mention the food. We tried calamari, 4 kinds of brushettas, lobster ravioli and a rustica uncle louie. Flavors are phemonal and spot on. It’s been a while I have enjoyed an Italian resto. They also have the traditonal spaghetti and meatballs and spicy garlic knots. But I want to try other foods that this place has to offer. Dalton who served us was very attentive and flat out funny guy. The general manager is awesome too, she gave time to talk to us and my family. I also noticed that she genuinely care for her team by asking “are you OK, need help”. In todays time being compassionate goes a long long way. I will definitely be back here. I’m still going to taste there Nutella cheese cake.

I stopped by with family for happy hour. I ordered the Piñatini and my friend ordered the Spicy Sicilian Margarita ( our dd had the bottomless rootbeer). The food was delicious. We ordered the Margherita Pizza, the meatball sliders, and the Angel Hair Pesto with Shrimp. Good size portions and fair prices. Our server Chelsea was attentive and friendly. Most indoor tables are hightops but there were a few regular height tables which made it easily accessible for my father who uses a wheelchair. There is a nice outdoor patio. There is still a lot of construction in the area but parking was still plentiful.

This place is new and it’s doing great, perfect place to hang out with friends or take that special girl out. Price is higher but not too bad for Gilbert. Food taste like it is fresh and made by well trained chefs. I would seriously recommend the bacon wrapped shrimp. I had the Chicken Marsala for the main course. Chicken and pasta was cooked perfectly and the bread was fresh! Only issue was there was a lot of extra oil, which made the marsala sauce very thin. So it was like eating chicken and noodles with a hint of sauce. I finished the plate but if you really like chicken marsala you will disappoint on flavor. Still, it’s a solid environment and good food.

We had a delivery order from here tonight. The pastas were good. The pizza crust is a little too doughy for my liking. It felt more like a chain-delivery type crust. The linguine with white clam sauce could have used a little more sauce. It was a little dry. The penne alla vodka was good but didn’t really taste like an alla vodka type sauce. I loved the pancetta pieces. I would definitely eat it again. The spicy rigatoni sausage was really good. It had excellent heat to it. I have passed the location in Cooley Station so I will definitely go there to dine in sometime soon. Maybe I’ll try it for lunch.
