Great food! Similar price point to a lot of other places in the area but the food itself was a lot better! We got pad thai and firecracker chicken with fried rice, egg drop soup, and egg rolls. very fresh and really tasty. large portions too! we took over half our home!! I’ve been coming to Crystal Jade for years and the quality of the food has always been superb. I’m always greeted promptly at the door. The menu is large with variety, and they have a full vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free menu upon request! (The Peanut Butter Tofu is a particular favorite of mine.) Whether dining in or taking out, my order has always been brought to me quickly. I just introduced my boyfriend’s parents to Crystal Jade last night, and they also thoroughly enjoyed their meal. His mother said the orange chicken was wonderfully delicious. I can never finish a full plate in one sitting, but I’m already excited to have my leftovers for lunch today. It’s all just so good!

I’ve been going to crystal Jade for a long time, 10 plus years now . I won’t go into details, the food is great depending on what you order but the customer service on the other hand is lacking. Not very warm and inviting.. You would think to treat your regular customers with a little bit more politeness and joy, but no.

Run down restaurant – Hostess/waitress was there to do a job only. No emotion, not real interested in the two groups of customers dining or the several coming in to pickup orders. Food came out quickly – crab Rangoon (mostly watered down cream cheese, no crab taste noted), sweet & sour sauce was really sweet & sour water – again, no taste. Broccoli Chicken was slimy, no taste, disgusting and did not eat. Egg roll & cashew chicken were edible but not that good. Very disappointing experience – definitely not worth the time or money spent. Not sure what happened over the years – won’t be going back again

If I could give this place a zero star I would. Smelt like cat piss and tasted even worse. Prices are to high for the taste. All meat is dark meat, if that’s what you like then your good at that end of the spectrum. Do not recommend, spend the money go to or Chang’s!

The food was good and came out in a timely manner but the service was TERRIBLE. The server acted like we were a huge inconvenience and did not smile once. The parking lot was nearly empty and there were 2 other tables besides us so they weren’t busy at all. When we were given our checks, the server kept coming to the table to open my bill book to see if I’d paid yet. We felt very rushed despite it being 230p on a Saturday when we left. Very disappointed and will not return.
