Nobody loves a good taco more than us, but if we’re talking tacos, they better be street and served on a fresh, handmade tortilla, or we’re not talking real tacos. To make this experience more emblematic of the street taco vendors we know and love we set up this cozy little taco stand nested inside the Halcyon food hall. At this location we wanted to keep things simple and focus mostly on tacos, but if you’re looking for something a little more filling, we have that too and we’ve even added a 21st century upgrade of fully digital ordering kiosks so you can customize your meal just the way you like it.
Easygoing hangout dishing up regional Mexican standards & specialties in a colorful environment. Based on 65 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.3 stars. Price

I got the 5 tacos with shredded cheese (an additional $1.50 about $19 total). I got the pollo, shrimp, and carne. While the tacos were pretty good, the sauces that came with it stood out more. Not quite worth the price since the tacos were very small. The tacos also came with free chips!

We dined on a Tuesday afternoon, around 5:30. We were seated quickly and everything else was downhill. Part of our issue may be personal taste – other parts are bad service. I ordered a skinny Marg. A guy with a tray of 3 or four came around and stopped by our table and asked if I ordered a Marg and I said yes. Took a sip (as did the guy at the next table). Wrong Marg. We both sent them back. The salsa tray was pretty but nothing edible due to the extreme heat (and hubby has high tolerance for heat). We each ordered the 4 mini tacos. Husband ate his with difficulty (heat again) and said no other flavors were distinguishable b/c of heat. My fish/chicken were so hot I sent back and requested no sauce. To that end, they were dry and not much flavor at all (BTW was told no other sauces available).

Overall a great place for food is great when order is correct and a place I visit regularly. However this particular time they messed up my order. Gave me flour tortillas when I specifically ordered corn. I couldn’t call them since I was the last order before they closed but tacos went in the trash as I’m allergic to flour.

Tiny street tacos at a decent price. The tacos are heavy on cilantro but you can have that reduced while ordering. Ordering by tablet at the counter is a wonderful feature!

Gave me flour vs corn tortillas. I have a gluten allergy so couldn’t eat I ordered late so I’m guessing they were out of corn but STOP substituting flour for corn. A lot of us have gluten allergies so giving us flour tortillas is NOT your solution. Won’t be coming back even though this was my go to for a bit. Whoever made my order sucks. I could’ve gotten very sick if I didn’t pay attention to the tortilla they subbed without letting me know

Not sure how you miss an order placed at the kiosk, but 15 minutes later, turns out my order never made it. Wasn’t busy… food is nothing special

Enchiladas were raw supermarket tortillas swimming in sort-of queso, refried beans were thin and flavorless. Not appealing to either an American style or a Mexican style. Tablet-based ordering wasn’t a good fit for the available options and the interface was inconsistent. The staff did accommodate when the order came out wrong.
