The food was absolutely amazing! I tried several different tacos, and chicken was definitely the winner. They must use a delicious marinade on it because the flavor of the chicken itself was unbelievable! I highly recommend this place, and I intend to make the trip to go back soon!

The food is actually really good. I tend to go for the steak tacos not the combo. I always ask for a grilled jalapeño. The music often is a little off for a Hispanic restaurant. I’d strongly suggest this restaurant for a local feel to falls church city. The people are nice and the service is quick. The tables outside late evenings are perfect.

We ordered 10 street tacos, we received 5. They argued the price wasn’t right on their system yet we ordered tacos for that price on Friday. They could have called to let us know but instead they were rude, and said the manager wasn’t available. I don’t care if you haven’t updated your system, it’s says the price for 2 so we should have received that. Wasted money and time. We will never order from here again. Fix your system customers shouldn’t pay for your mistakes. Do better.

Great folks behind the bar and good food. Ceviche is excellent. Guacamole comes out very bland but if you ask them to spice it up they can make it really good. Skip the margaritas as they are almost $20 each for a good one and do the beers at $6. Street tacos for $4 are an excellent value. Overall a great place but order carefully to keep the costs reasonable!

Wanted to like it. Been customer since opened and took over locker room. From day 1 it’s been a chaotic experience. . Sadly foods decent but they always mess up orders. I’ve returned multiple times only to repeatedly be take advantage of. Forget my items and still charge me, (face it im not gonna go back 15 mins drive for forgotten orders, but atleast make it up ) No consistency…. And unfortunately staff doesn’t care to help correct things. I ordered entrees and apps, as well 10 tacos only to receive 5. And forgotten queso/butter/extras…. But I let it go numerous times. But was just charged another 42.50 + tip for enchiladas and a couple tacos. And a 15 min drive to be let down again…. 🙁 Experience at your own risk!

While a bit pricy, you won’t be disappointed in quality or in service. Every time I’ve been to Cuates, it’s been top-shelf food and top-shelf service. I’ve now eaten at both the bar and on the floor, and both were excellent experiences. It’s a welcome addition to The Little City’s lineup!
