I love this place. I get the same roasted chicken black beans sweet plantains and yellow rice every time I come. The waitresses are so nice and remember me. When I feel sad I come here. When I feel happy, I also come here. This food feels so warm and comforting. My go to

I eat here frequently. Nice size portions that I usually wind up taking some home. The roast pork and chicken stew are my favorites. The flavors of the Cuban food were very satisfying. Sides are good including sweet or green plantains. Adult beverages are very well priced. The seats in the booths are a bit wore out. The atmosphere is more of a mom and pop restaurant with very friendly help. We ate in but saw numerous people carry out.

Unless you are of cuban descent don’t bother. The second we walked in there was an absolute air of we didn’t belong. I love ethnic foods, and local foods and wanted to give this a shot with my kiddo today. We were definitely not welcome, for sure. At least that’s how we were made to feel by the patrons and staff. Since we had ordered already, we stayed. The chicken was good, the pepper steak was not, but rather than bring it up to a staff that didn’t seem to care about us, we paid and left. We will not be back and I highly suggest unless you are cuban, don’t bother. The place truly isn’t for you

Had chicken, it was dry. Had steak it was tough. Waited about an hour for our food, which was take out. Young lady who took our order apologized for the wait when she brought us our food, she never told us how long we would have to wait.

We ordered the Super Cuban Sandwich and shredded pork with yellow rice and red beans for take out. This was the best Cuban food I have had. The shredded pork and ham in the sandwich were fresh and flavorful. The rice and beans were delicious. All this food for just over $20…. a great value. It was prepared quickly for fast pickup. We haven’t dined in yet but the restaurant looks clean and festive. Highly recommend!! Yum

First and definitely last. Since you walk in you feel a strong negative vibe. The waitress are not attentive, the food took more than 35 minutes and the location was not full. We sat in a booth and the seat was worn down you sank in. The roof tile had water stains and not a well ceiling presentation. One good thing to have is the shrimp empanada.

love, love this place. I’d say a hidden gem but it’s in a “publix” space. Support your local community and eat here please.
