Their prices were substantially higher than what is listed here. We got 3 burgers, 2 fries, & 2 drinks and it was over $70!!!! The lettuce on my burger was horrible, limp lettuce. Lettuce on a burger should be crisp. We didn’t enjoy the burger buns either. Very new age, hipster food. It was horrible. Should have gone to In & Out. It would have been better food and half the price. The booths are uncomfortable and have an annoying echo. The seats were just raw wood with no cushions. We basically hated almost everything about this place. The one good thing were the sweet potato fries. Those were decent, but they don’t make up for everything else.

We love Cubby’s. We always visit the American Fork location. At least until the Saratoga one opens. I love their Rosemary fries. Those are probably my favorite thing to order. My hubby always orders the Buffalo fries. I also get the Houdini burger which is my new favorite burger there. Everything comes out quick and hot.

This was my first time visiting here since I’m not from the area. The food was great! I got the goat cheese salad and it was absolutely delicious. This store has terrible customer service. They the food is so expensive and the portions are small. Every time they mess up my order they don’t fix it or compensate for their mistake. The manager John charged me twice after the lady said she thought my payment went through and I told him the lady said my card went through. He charged me anyway and said I could come back if it was double charged. Sure enough 2 charges and then the huge hassle of driving to the other end of town and going back in with all my kids. He didn’t even give me a dang thing for his mistake. We have had a lot of mistakes with this location and they never do a dang thing about it

POSITIVES: Cubby’s food delivered way beyond my expectations! The service was quick, the food was hot and tasty, and the decor was quite cozy. The chipotle fry sauce was pretty dang good! I tried their Gypsy burger, which had fantastic flavor. I also tried their Tri-Tip steak torta, which was equally delectable. The fries had perfect seasoning. You won’t go wrong with their chocolate shake (it gave me some strong In n Out vibes mixed with a Wendy’s frosty).

Expensive! When placing our order there was confusion about what we wanted. I asked if we could “make it a combo.” I found out late they just charge you an extra $5 for a drink and fries. How is a soft drink seriously $2.20 and fries $2.50? It just goes to show you the owners know they can jack up the prices, claiming a healthy, hipster option. I don’t mind the price of the burgers because they’re good, but don’t treat us like we’re stupid. The prices are comparable to Disneyland.
