Cubby’s. What a spot. DELICIOUS food, AMAZING service, BEAUTIFUL atmosphere. My missionary buddies and I were waiting in line when this awesome lady decided to pay for all of our food. So with this blessing that I was given, I ordered the Le squish burger with two patties and some sweet potato fries. And PHEW, they DID NOT disappoint. Best burger and fries I’ve had thus far with the 6 months that I have been living in Utah for.

I got the tri-tip steak salad, and oh man, it was awesome. Pretty fresh greens, and the steak had such great flavor. I loved the dressing as well though, it was this green sauce that had juuuust a little kick to it. Wow, would definitely recommend. Also, the joint was very clean and looked to be regularly swept and kept up. Thanks Cubby’s.

The menu is good with some healthy including vegetarian options. The buffalo chicken salad is very good. Only problem is the cost. Not sure how long companies can stay in business at these constantly rising prices. We are changing our dining habits, once a week now. Sad the way this economy is going. Some restaurants are not going to survive.

We’ve had good and bad experiences here. Some of the salads and sandwiches are meh, but I really liked the steak salad. I got a huckleberry shake here which was by far the worst shake I have ever had in my life. It tasted like a watery smoothie with mushed up rotten berries. I threw up outside after drinking part of it, it was that yucky.

Their forks are horrible. If you come here, plan on eating with your hands because our group of 6 went through 15 forks. They just break when you put the slightest pressure on them. Unacceptable.

Very small burger for the price. The pickles were bigger than the meat. It was amazing though and the rosemary fries were good. Be sure to try their non-alcoholic Apple beer.
