cashier literally texted on his phone for like 45 seconds without acknowledging us as we stood in front of him in line without saying anything until we stepped even closer and the food was bland & overpriced. I would avoid.

My experience at Cuca was pleasant, they have nice employees and will get your food out in probably less than 5 minutes, I liked the food but they gave me the carne asada nachos instead of the carne asada fries.

Terrible experience! Ordered breakfast burritos, menu states it comes with cheese and potatoes. The cashier is arguing with me saying it comes with beans and rice. So even after ordering it with no beans and rice, 20 minutes later it comes out with it on it. We decided to just get our money back and go elsewhere. When the employee handing us our food told the cashier, Pauline, to give us our money back she became upset saying we should have to wait in line all over again. It was already a 15-20 minute line we waited in the first place! She leaves the front and gets on her cell phone, whoever she called says to give us our money back and she finally did. Would never suggest this place to anyone. While we were waiting for our food at least 3 people came back with their orders wrong.
