I came here because it was the best rated eatery in Boise. I completely see why.

We have driven by this place numerous times and always thought it was a laundromat. Man was I wrong. We where refered by an amazing lady and let me tell u she sent us in the right direction!!! We had the chicken bruschetta and clam chowder. We will definitely be back many many times!!! Thank you for the amazing food and warming customer service!!!

I picked up a small take and bake chicken lasagna, and it was fabulous. You can taste the fresh ingredients with every bite. I also tried the Almond Croissant Bread Pudding and it was just amazing! I devoured it before I realized I didn’t take a picture. This place is the real deal. Authentic Italian food.

Amazing food and menu change every Tuesday. I order the lobster ravioli has an amazing garlic cream sauce. It comes with bread and a salad I also tried the spice tea. Too spicy for me. The food and the outdoor patio are a must try.

LOVE the food and service! Saw their story online and the reviews raving about their delicious creations. That brought our family when visiting Boise for a short period of time.

From the outside you won’t be convinced this is the place. When you walk in, you’re still wondering why your friend has brought you here. After your first bites, you realize why this is on the go- to places for those looking for good foods in Boise. Consistently good, crafted with character, and always much better than processed box store food! Soups with fabulous flavor, hearty pasta, perfect salads and sandwiches. Thank you cucina di Paolo for being that place!

This was not my perfect restaurant experience, but the quality of the food alone deserves 5 stars for the party in my mouth deliciousness. This is the rare kind of food you want to eat slowly and savor but it’s so good you devour it and wish you had more. I wanted to lick my plate clean, I nearly did! My favorite part was the delicious bread. It was perfectly seasoned, perfectly crunchy yet chewy at the same time. We got a seasonal salad, the stuffed avocado with tender bay shrimp that came with a side of caprese – delicious, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil with balsamic vinaigrette, a perfect balance! We also had the snow crab ravioli, with a fresh side salad topped with their homemade, heavenly blue cheese dressing. The only problem was our water or the cups were dirty and filled with floaties… but honestly the food was so excellent and the garden seating was beautiful. I’m can’t even fault them for that. Generally speaking the portions are small for the price but again the quality is so superb… it’s fine!

We had a very large order for a school function. Robert went above and beyond for us! He communicated well (which is very important with this # of ppl to feed), is so accommodating and kind. As the food was being devoured, I was asked again and again where it came from- Cucina di Paolo!! We’ll definitely be frequenting this one. Thanks again!!
