Our family began making pizza in Rochester, NY in 1932. Veltre Bakery was a neighborhood staple known for its hand crafted pizzas and baked goods.
Today Cucinella’s continues that family tradition in Eastern NC by using original recipes and techniques that have been perfected over decades. We believe you’ll taste the difference.

Amazing pizza, amazing calzones, amazing grinders. Have not been disappointed by a single thing on the menu. Food is always ready on time for pick-up and priced quite nicely for what you’re getting. I recommend the flamethrower pizza, honestly deliciously, especially with the jalapenos and hot honey.

This pizza is the best in town! Pizza is elemental-not many ingredients-so execution is what sets apart great pizza. Cucinella’s ingredients and dough are top notch, and they cook it right on the deck (no mesh pizza pan) so it gets nice and crisp. You will not be disappointed!

The Cucinella’s House Pizza is the best I’ve ever had. The crust is nice and crispy and the toppings tasted fresh. The staff was very friendly and the establishment was very clean and welcoming. I look forward to trying some of their other items on the menu. Can’t wait to go back!

The staff was nice, good music, clean atmosphere. But I came for the pizza. And aim disappointed. I was expecting to see whole pies and have the slice put in the oven wait 2 mins and enjoy. I didn’t see pizzas but I ordered 2 cheese slices and decided to sit and eat since I had to wait anyway. It came looking like cafeteria pizza. It wasn’t anything like I expected. It wasn’t anything Italian, or NY. It’s ECU pizza. It wasn’t foldable or saucy or cheesy. They can pretend they spun it, But this is frozen pizza. Im going to Michaelangelos immediately.
