Amazing Cuban sandwiches and bread pudding. The bread pudding did have raisins in it, which isn’t exactly my favorite, but was wonderful none the less. The gentleman who took my order was delightful. Has a small (maybe 8-10 table) eat-in area. Great place.

As a first generation American of Cuban parents, growing up with Cuban food was my upbringing. Cuco’s Sandwich Shop brought back the nostalgia and all the best flavors that Cuban food has to offer.

I haven’t lived in the area for many years, but grew up eating here and it has been and still is one of my all time favorite sandwiches ever. Anytime I spend time near Fort Worth I have to come get a Cuco’s deluxe. I’m always so happy they’re still here and still owned and operated by a wonderful family making the same recipes from 30 plus years ago.

My partner who’s from Florida says this place is the most authentic so far on Cuban sandwiches. They’re so nice and you truly feel like your at your family’s place. Will continue to come here and get my Cuban coffee and sandwich fix. Delicious.

As a Miami transplant to Texas, I can honestly say Cuco’s is like a slice of Miami in Texas. From the food to the staff to the atmosphere, Cuco’s does not disappoint.

I’ve driven past this place probably 1,000 times since my Mom lives near there and I had never stopped…BIG MISTAKE. My loss. My Mom and I went this week and weren’t very hungry so we ordered a combo, 12 inch tuna sandwich and split it, plantains for the side, and two drinks. First, the tuna sandwich…after the first bite I thought…I should NOT have split this with Mom. It was a warm sandwich which was a pleasant surprise, the bread had a pleasant crunch to it, the veges were fresh, and the tuna flaky. Only thing I’ll add the next time, (which will be tomorrow), is cheese. Second, the plantains. Unbelievable. Once again, I should NOT have split those either. Very sweet, extremely good, I will be getting two orders of them alone sometime very soon. Lastly, the service. We were immediately acknowledged as soon as we came in the door. The handsome gentleman behind the counter pleasantly and patiently explained the questions I had regarding the menu, and the food was reasonably priced and came out quickly. When we left we were told to have a good afternoon. That’s Service! Cuco’s is a gem I am so glad I stopped to check out and will be placed high on my restaurant list.

Fair warning, I’m biased. My family has been visiting Cuco’s for over thirty years. Their family has kept the same outstanding quality over the decades.

Hidden gem of a Cuban sandwich shop. We haven’t dug too deep into the menu because the mainstays are so solid — like the Cuban and the media noche. They have a soda fountain with coke products, but also have several cans of soda that must be Cuban, along with some basic Cuban grocery items. Always a fun stop when they are open when we’re in the area!

The Deluxe Cuban sandwich at Cuco’s is that case where “just a sandwich” can be one of the best meals ever. It’s worth planning the trip (since they’re only open 10am-3pm). The pork lunch plate and plantains/tostones are also must-get’s. If you like a bold, dark roast, don’t skip the cafe con leche either. The friendly, positive atmosphere and outstanding food will make your day!
