I think I’m done with ordering from here – and I’ve been a customer for many years. This place has changed so much and it’s a hit or miss with how the food will be when delivered and always noticing a difference on the receipt versus what posts in my bank account – which means they are changing the merchant copy of the ticket I signed. The last few times I’ve ordered I always make the amount even so it includes the tip and always write a nice round number on the receipt – when it posts in my bank a few days later the amount is ALWAYS different most times being less than what I’ve written, which rips off the delivery person but this last time it was a few cents more. I don’t like paying cash for personal reasons but if I ever decide to order from there again I’m going to have to start. It’s illegal to alter a signed receipt and to process a charge for an amount other than what the customer signed. Also, if the restaurant is only a couple blocks away there should be no reason the food is ice cold when the customer receives it. I hope this place can get back to the basics – their food is pretty good, but service and ethics like this outweigh the taste of the food by far.

Not happy. I went for the fried clams and scallops and neither were very good. Very greasy. The coating falling off. It’s not the Cudas it once was when in the shopping center by Arch St. The seating inside the place isn’t inviting as if they don’t care. Not very clean either. Thumbs down.

The Calamari dinner I received was cold. Not even a tad bit warm in the fish is seasonless no taste at all. Probably wouldn’t try from them on a good day.

The food here is very good but the delivery service is horrible driver showed up and before he even hand me my food asked for a tip then after I got my food he forgot my soda came back with my soda and had no the nerve to tell me “ NO TIP NO SODA” this was not only unprofessional but absolutely rude and disrespectful was a customer who order here multiple times a week but now will never order here again
